Really poor quality jewellery and even worst customer service.
Ordered a pair of studs , size was smaller than expected and to top it all, seemed flimsy, I emailed them as soon as I received them, blatantly denied an exchange.

I am obsessed with Bare Jewellery! Their products are absolutely stunning and very high quality. Definitely my go to brand for earrings and rings!

I brought the stunning Blanca bangle recently for my daughter. Unfortunately it became loose and was lost. Grace kindly organised a discount code for a replacement. The tightening adjustment has been noted for next time. All the pieces I have brought are very good quality, beautifully designed and your customer service is of course fabulous.

Love their jewellery - my bracelet broke and their customer service was quick, polite and super efficient and so kind to replace the bracelet for me.

Brought a bracelet for my mother's 70th which she loves, a very special keepsake which came beautifully box.
I recently purchased the "Noah" ring as that is my sons name; I wear it daily. Now just waiting for a "Riley" ring *hint, hint*

The overall quality of their pieces are very good considering their price point. The styles also are very timeless and size and fit on the website are as advertised. I appreciate the special touch of including care instructions and a special cloth to be able to take care of them.

I purchased a couple of Phoebe bracelets—one in gold and one in silver earlier — and I’ve been so impressed that I bought another of each.
The quality is genuinely excellent. I’ve worn them in turns everyday basically and they look beautiful—no tarnishing at all, which is always my biggest concern with everyday jewellery.
After a practise i find them easy now to take off. I'd definitely recommend these bracelets. They’re stylish, durable, and great value for the quality. I’d happily buy them again, and I will look at purchasing some of their other pieces!

I had been eyeing up Bare jewellery for a long time so decided to buy myself the Charlotte tennis bracelet. I absolutely love it - it so so beautiful and sparkly and has even been mistaken for real gold and diamonds. My bracelet unfortunately lost a small amount of gold vermeil as a fault and when I emailed Bare about it, they replied within 24hrs and replaced my bracelet! Now that’s customer service!

I needed a replacement heart for an earring. I really love these earrings. Originally they wanted me to buy another earring which was already kind of them to do so but I expressed not wanting to pay that because I had only worn the earring such a short time. They were very friendly and responsive. They sent me a full earring for the price of $31 instead of $66. That was not expected so it outdid my expectations.
