unfortunately my bracelet broke within 2 weeks BUT the girl who helped me, Grace, was the most amazing customer service rep i have ever experienced. She was quick, kind and sorted the issue out straight away

Bought 2 bangles and had them engraved. They were beautiful and each was presented in a lovely box. Will definitely order from this company again. The time from ordering to delivery was only 7 days so very impressed.

Purchased the phoebe bangle for my mum for her birthday with an engraving and she said it was her favourite gift. The quality was great, nice and heavy not light and cheap feeling.

I bought a bracelet and after a month, it has two faded/tarnished spots. They claimed it’s 18k gold plated, but i doubt it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I bought the Phoebe bangle in Bright Silver as a birthday gift for my 17 year old daughter, who couldn’t find a bangle small enough for her wrists. The 17cm bangle fits her perfectly and is a beautiful, well made piece. She adores it! The bright silver looks amazing. The packaging is lovely, and the customer service is great - my package was sent so quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more from Bare Jewellery - they will be my go-to for jewellery gifts for my daughters (and for me) from this point on!

I brought the Bianca bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. Three of the diamonds have already fallen out and when I wrote to them about it apparently it is only warranted for 90 days !!!!

Had a missing necklace in my order so it would have been 5 stars BUT they were super quick to respond with my missing item and the communication was great! I love my earrings they’re so stunning and I can’t wait for my new necklace to arrive 😊

Amazing customer service, quick shipping and excellent quality

Super disappointed. They had a “birthday sale” so I purchased 3 bracelets/bangles totalling $177 dollars (40% off). The next day, they decided to extend their sale and have a bracelets and bangles bundle 3 for $165 - I email them asking if they would honour the new price for my order. Had I known they were going to advertise a bundle at this price I would have waited. Not to mention, this is still being advertised as part of their “birthday sale” and now offering 45% off. I was told “we’re unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for pricing differences before or after promotional periods” - this makes no sense, I am literally emailing them whilst the promotional period is still going. This is terrible customer service and bad practise.

Be aware that you cannot return or even exchange. Expensive for quality of product. Choose carefully.

Phoebe Bangle - this bangle is just perfect - it is the second one I have ordered. I leave on all the time. The Customer Care at Bare is second to none - always so helpful. Roslyn
