Very accommodating and good communication
I wanted to order some chairs that were on clearance (I wasn't sure how much stock was left) but was about to leave the country for a week. I emailed and asked if they would be willing to delay shipping of my order until after I returned. They accommodated my request even though it's something they don't normally offer.
