Found the company on line. Impressed that you could build your furniture and if you didn’t like it, could return it free of charge. It was packed really well.
It was easy to put together and looked great. Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent value for the money.
The only downside to my experience was during a phone call to the company where I was spoken to rudely, which is a shame.

I love the sofa I received, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the delivery service. The two delivery men came across as unprofessional and seemed keen to drop it off and leave. My son and I then spent around an hour and a half unpacking the sofa and getting it into the living room.

Although I understand that secure packaging is necessary to protect the sofa, the large amount of cardboard and plastic was difficult to dispose of. Offering a packaging removal service, even for a small additional charge, would make things much easier for customers.

Overall, I am very happy with the sofa itself, but the delivery service could be improved.

We ordered a dinning table and chairs which was delivered very quickly, delivery team phoned ahead so we knew our time slot and dropped it exactly where I needed it to go. I subsequently noticed a small hole in one of the chairs. I contacted the team who immediately responded and within a couple of days had sorted the issue. Excellent service from the team. Problems happen its how yoy fix them that counts and I feel Jade and Kirsten were first class. We have already bought more furniture on the back of our first experience.

Sofa arrived on my chosen date. It took a bit of putting together but now looks lovely. Thanks.

Easy ordering,fast delivery, lovely chairs.One of the chairs was split underneath but we decided we will glue a piece of wood to it to reinforce it, raather than sending it back. Bought to replace oak furniture land chairs where the leather had disintegrated they match really well.

Disappointing experience
Very disappointing quality, After just 10 months of normal dining use, the tabletop started bubbling and peeling. My warranty claim was rejected, blaming high heat despite using thick plate supports. One dining chair’s base also broke within a couple of months and had to be replaced. If furniture cannot withstand normal everyday use, what is it designed for? Would not recommend Furniture And Choice.

8 chairs delivered very promptly. Able to assemble without difficulty. Appear to be very good quality for the price we paid
