Absolutely amazing!
We ordered a harness and the wrong colour came and I cannot fault the customer service. Anna was so helpful and kind! Thank you again.
The harness also fits my dog amazing, she had trouble with another harness but is finding the Barkridges one so comfortable. Couldn't rate this brand enough!

After seeing a harness I liked for my Border Terrier, I noted it was out of stock. I emailed an enquiry about when it would be back in stock. From then on, the communication has been first class. I was advised by Anna that it would be available after three weeks, and it certainly was. I got a reminder with a link direct to the site. I ordered on Friday morning and it arrived on Sunday. There were plenty of updates and even a link to the fitting guide. All in all a five star experience. And yes, the harness is great. Well made, sturdy, and stylish. Win, win, win.

Great harness (Trufit Freedom). Good quality buckles/straps with padding in right places. Easy to put on. Allows full mobility with no impingement upon shoulders. Would recommend. Bought in a very bright papaya. Quick delivery. Can’t comment on longevity as only had for 2 days.

Very easy to order online, the size guides were easy to understand and accurate, so it was easy to order the correct size. Delivery was very quick and the harness is well made and quite robust (necessary for our deaf 5 Yr old Boxer). Fitting it was easy and the helpful fitting guide made it even easier. Altogether we are very impressed and we will order again so we have a spare.

Exceptional customer service, sent out additional harnesses to try to find the best fit for my pup after the original purchased harness didn’t fit. Super quick responses to emails too. Harnesses are of lovely quality and would highly recommend giving them a try

I ordered 2 different styles of harness’s and a collar to see which fit my dog the best, ordering was easy, delivery super quick, I tried both on Ted and decided on the freedom rather than the comfort. Returning the one I didn’t need was straightforward and my refund was issued promptly. Would highly recommend Barkridges for quality products and great service

Great service size and fitting advice, bought xs in army green, Rolo is a 6 months cavapoo so he is still growing, the harness has plenty of growing room in it, and he seems happy wearing it.

The service I received was excellent it was not the fault of Barkfidges that even the XS is too big for my dog!

Great product, fantastic service. I had to ask a question about sizing and got a quick reply which allowed me to order. The harness was delivered the next day! Great fit, easy to adjust and our dog didn't put up a fight. The harness is only for safety in the car as he doesn't need it for walking. Great quality and so pleased with everything from this company.
