Looks like I was suckered by these scammers just like everyone else here. Bought a simple car scratch sponge kit from a FB ad and didn't do any research on the vendor before buying with CC. Now 3 transactions later I finally notice all the highway robbery on my CC statement. They tell you that you accepted T&C's for a subscription service when you made the initial purchase but that is nonesense. Total scammers ... steer clear at all costs.

A total ripoff. Had to cancel my credit card after a second transaction was taken out without authorisation. I expect I won't get my product either.

Ordered creme of the internet , no creme received, two payments taken out!! Spoke to someone on their chat line . Feed me a load of bull about membership and 18 days free trail. It had only been not quite 7 days since ordering and I received no email about membership. Canceled card !
Would never deal with these people again and I will tell my friends and family not too.

I have been continually charged monthly a supbscription since may 2023 when the subscription was supposed to have ended

I bought an item late November 2023 from Facebook. It was advertised in Australia dollars, but charged to my account in US dollars. Waited for the tracking number, none came, checked email address of company, fake email. Finally item arrived a few days before Xmas. Found out when checking my bank account another larger amount (A59.87) withdrawn on the 29th December totally unauthorized. Card has now been cancelled. Scam company. Thieves

I’m the latest victim of this Facebook Ads scam. I didn’t check the reviews previously and my card was charged couple of times on 2 different transactions that I didn’t authorise or buy. Don’t be fooled by this scammer. I’m already angry at myself for not being able to recognise this type of scams.

Scammers!! The response I got
"An order confirmation was sent to you, and it states that you availed the product with a VIP membership. If you take a look at this once again, you will notice that. This will confirm that you ticked the subscription option on our website."
Really!! I couldn't see it anywhere. I sent them a copy of my email, with no mention of a premium account. But they still say it was on there. So they cancel the account but you don't get a refund. so my $25 product has now cost $100. I still haven't received my order. An absolute con.

FACEBOOK adds support this fake company, I am so glad CIBC Flagged the charges on my credit card , I was able to stop payment, They attempted to charge my card with different names thrice. My card has been Cancelled.
Please do not buy anything from Facebook Marketplace it is a Scam

Don’t use product or buy anything from them!!!! It’s a SCAM!!!! They charge for product and then a subscription membership. Supposedly it’s in the terms and conditions somewhere that you subscribe to a year membership and it comes 15 days after so you don’t notice ( not on same day as product purchase so hopefully you don’t notice and get scammed for 2 months).

What is your email address please. I would like to unsubscribe from your company. I have read many reviews from people who are highly alarmed at the scamming they have experienced.
I did not realize that a trail use of your product would result in 3 transactions of increasing amounts over the past 6 weeks.
Please stop any further transactions.

When I didn't receive item went to website and said had been delivered. Guarantee was not received. Then saw taken out a fee for a subscription. Scam and rip off.do not buy from this company. Won't buy off Facebook again.

Total scam. Failed to issue tracking number, initially claimed they'd delivered product, signed me without my knowledge up for an outrageous subscription. Don't believe any of their lies. Take action through your bank until they refund. Facebook is culpable also and its the last time I use Facebook for anything.

I ordered a present on 5/12/2023. It was a buy 1 get 1 half price deal. The USD charges were made 1 by baskettop.com and the 2nd by another co in Nicosia called egamerpub.com.
On 19/12 Baskettop.com charged my card USD 39.47 which I suppose is a subscription.
I should have read these reviews before purchasing.
I cancelled my credit card and now I will not buy from adverts on Facebook. Why do Facebook not check out these people?

Iv been charged from this website 63.11 nzd and have know idea why can i please be enlightened about this and refunded because i have not subscribed to this ever and did not accept this company to take money from my acc not happy

I was ripped off by this company too. Had to cancel my credit card as took money for subscription that I never requested. Please beware of this company. Will be putting a dispute through my bank to try and recover the cost. Also on their page it says my product has been Delivered IT HAS NOT!
