We bought 'Emma' shoes. They never told us they had been shipped and when they came they shoes did not match the claims of the website. Never realized that we had 'subscribed' so was surprised by another charge on my credit card . They have assured me the subscription is now canceled- I certainly hope so.

They are criminals, hacked by bank account and stole money. Low life scums

Haven't even heard of this company. Charged me $60:00 for something I didn't buy. Scammers.

I’d like to give a minus 1 star. Automatically signed me up to a subscription. Only information on it was in the email sent out. Did not want a subscription or know it was an option. Won’t give a refund even though there was no product sent or out of pocket expense for them. Deceitful company, misleading and not worth your time.

It is being used as a SCAM for a spray that will when applied hide scratches on your car. BUT when searched on Google it comes up as a beauty product

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY SAY THEY SEND CONFIRMATION EMAILS OF ORDER BUT THERE IS NONE SENT. THEN THEY CHARGE MORE FROM YOUR CARD AND WHEN YOU TRY AND EMAIL THEM YOU GET A MESSAGE THAT MY EMAILS WERE NOT SENT.
I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE THROUGH MY BANK WHICH THEY LOCATED THEIR EMAIL BASKETTOP.COM WHICH THEN I WAS ABLE TO EMAIL BUT WHEN THEY RESPOND ALL THEY TELL YOU IS IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION. SOMETHINGS THAT IS NOT VISIBLE WHEN YOU ORDER AND IT SOMEHOW TRIGGERS ON YOUR FIRST ORDER AND THEY LIE TO YOU THAT WE HAD A FREE TRIAL WHICH WE HAD TO CANCEL WITHIN A PERIOD AND THEY THEN SAY THAT THEY SENT AN EMAIL TO CANCEL IF WE WANTED BUT THERE'S NO SUCH EMAIL. THERE IS A HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION THERE GUY'S SO WATCH IT AND DON'T ORDER THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD ANYWAY

está claro que son malísimos, haces una compra y aprovechan que nadie lee lo que se traen entre manos cuando en realidad accedes a la suscripción. Yo creo que he conseguido anular la suscripción, después de dos meses de pagar por nada. Tenéis que entrar en My Account, si no recordáis la contraseña, está en un correo que debisteis recibir cuando hicisteis la compra, la contraseña te la dan ellos, vaya una protección de datos. Bien, una vez en My Account, os vais a My Subscription y ahí le dais donde pone Action. Automáticamente el botón cambia a Resubscribe, por lo que supuestamente estamos no suscritos ya. Espero no llevarme otra sorpresa el mes que viene.

Les doy una estrella porque si nos no me deja comentar estafadores,ladrones pedí uno sostenes llegaron con mucho retardo,y ahora me han cobra49,47 sin ningún pedido y se hacen los locos ,esto se tendría que poder denunciar en las web para que no les pase a más gente putos estafadores,mañana mismo voy a cambiar la tarjeta si nos el mes que venir volveréis hacerlo

REALLY REALLY ....
1. I was interested in the product NOT the subscription. Don't mix subscriptions with product buys.
2. First time login THEIR given password. There was no prompt or update/change password in account settings. Major red flag!!!!
3. No response to query through their online customer contact.
4. No subscription cancellation acknowledgement or reason for cancelling pop-up. Second red flag!!!!
5. CYPRUS!!!!! All over!!!!
ZERO stars, had to allow 1 to submit review .....

This company is the worst by far. With there customer service. Was told I could get a refund .to send back item. This is not true.

I was also signed up to a subscription that I was not told about. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one. I did get my ear buds and they are great, however do not order from them at all.
Unless you email them within the 18 days of getting the subscription ( they dont tell you about it) they will keep trying to take money from the card.

Do not deal with this company. I should have looked at the reviews first. Silly me. False advertising and difficult to deal with. Says 100% guarantee returns but when you ask for one they say no. Product was 1/4 the size I expected and twice as expensive. Very evasive emails trying to drag things out.

They took £39 from bank account October and I cancel everything 2nd of November coz I’m bit busy again they took £39 on 3rd of November I ask them for refund they said so many things omg 😱 these fraud companies please careful guys
