Great friendly service, which made for a smooth and relatively stress free move.

RJB group moved us from Hertfordshire to Kent. We had the packing service and the guys were great. They were thorough and efficient. They were friendly and made our pack up seem really easy. On the moving day they loaded the van swiftly and we were on the road in under 4 hrs. We were late picking up the keys, but they were calm and relaxed about the delay. I would definitely recommend anyone who is moving to give them a call, can't recommend highly enough

We've just used RJB removals for a house move, and they were nothing but great and professional. Very friendly team, quick and efficient with the move and unloading. They checked with us that everything was in place in the right rooms before leaving.

Turned up on time and got the job done, horrible storm was happening but didn't complain and got on with it. All done very quickly too.

We have just moved from Hatfield to Worthing, Alex and the team did a fabulous job, from first meeting Oliver, who arranged a very competitive quote, every question was answered promptly. They arrived on time to load up and got the whole job done in good time, we even had a laugh with the lads.

Great service. Had a house I needed clearing. Met me at the property at agreed time to quote. I accepted the quote and they were able to go ahead quickly which was great. The boys turned up on time and finished much quicker than I’d assumed. Proper walk round after, and an amazing job. Great communication throughout. A great job and I’d highly recommend.

Have used this company back in 2019. Had another move so i booked them again! Honestly this company is amazing! I have done many house moves and they take exceptional care with expensive items! They put all the bed up and even helped with putting a table together. Wouldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

A big thank you to Reece and his team at RJB who recently moved us from Cuffley to Norfolk. The move was expertly overseen by Bradley on the day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team of guys! RJB have made one of the most stressful short notice moves as stress-free as possible, going above and beyond to make it happen. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them and our chain would have fell through. They were all very professional and friendly, and took care of all of our belongings so that they arrived to our new home safely. Anything else they saw to do they just did as well. Quick and damage free. I would definitely recommend their services.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with Reece and the team. After a very delayed completion we have recieved nothing but cooperation and patience when trying to coordinate dates. Even today the team who moved us were brilliant, taking care whilst getting our things out and in quickly. Highly recommend

I've recently used Bates Home Solutions for a shed and garden clearance that has been spread over 4 weeks with numerous pick ups. Reece has been easy to get hold of, even at weekends, and his team have been both punctual and friendly. Site left spotless every time. Would definitely recommend to anybody reading this.

Absolutely top-class service. The RJB group were superb in helping us with a residential waste management job. They were punctual, professional, helpful, and even cleaned before they left.
