Bath Planet of Albuquerque installed our tub and shower to only look good but inside the walls were leaks, cut rate materials, pathetic installers. Never invite them into your home, do not believe they can deliver a good product. I suggest using Dreamstyle for any bath/shower installations. We have had superb results from a shower install by them. Now to get Bath Planet to pay for the plumbing bill to repair their inadequate workmanship and repair the wall that had to be cut to fix the problem. Never consider this company for any bath/shower needs. Buyer beware and do not be fooled by the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. They lie!!

Why isn't the walk-in tub they show on their Facebook ad available on their web site? Cancelling my sales pitch appointment!

High pressure sales tactics. No itemized pricing. Seems a bit expensive -- $11,801.00 for a walk-in shower install. Failed to honor their advertised 0% interest for 5 years. Difficult to cancel contract -- sent a telegram per directions (there were other ways to do it, but wanted proof). Tried to say they were trying to do us a favor by not giving us the 0% and instead a fixed rate of 8.99% adding up to thousands of dollars more.

I had two bathrooms remodeled by Bath planet. I paid a premium to have the work done because I was assured by the salesman that it would be completed correctly and would be warrantied. The company representatives were very responsive during the sales process and prior to the install. During the installation debris from the demolition was lodged in my sewer line. Bath planet sent a plumber out to remove the debris from the sewer line.

I should have read these reviews before visiting their showroom in Novi MI to set up a “free” estimate appointment to repair our stall shower.
First clue
High rent mall space with really nice displays.
Second clue
“Free” installation for making appointment which was actually a “lead”
Third clue and the killer. They refused to honor free estimate appointment because we didn’t have actual insurance claim check in hand.

When I explained we wanted to make a choice between replacing existing tiles or switching to acrylic panels and waiting on another bid, I was told it’s
NOT possible.
Apparently they expect to leave the “free” estimate sales pitch with the down payment.

Fourth and final clue. Being forced to make a sudden expensive decision without allowing us the opportunity to consider other bids is bad business and not very good customer service.

A product should sell itself without taking advantage of senior citizens. The fact it needs such a hard sell is most likely related to other reviews of flawed service and product. We may be old but not born yesterday. Very disappointed as I now believe these sales tactics are used in Facebook ads as senior safe showers etc.

Old shower always drained . New shower takes forever called them and they tried to talk their way out of it.

I wish I had read this earlier. We had them install two bathrooms in the unit over our head. I was impressed by the lifetime warrenty......
We had problems in the past three weeks, shower door is falling off. We called them many times and finally called the sales person. They told us they were open and to call the supervisor. He did not answer. When he finally returned the call he sounded as bit off telling us they were open but they did not have work. We said we had warrenty work for him but he was not interested.

We finally called a .glass company. They said the glass was to small and pulling away from the wall. We will move forward to replace the glass and take Bath Planet to Small claim court.

High pressure Sales tactics, buy today and spent $2000 less, if you ask us to do it tomorrow it’ll be $2000 more.

Sales agent came to the door with no mask during the coronavirus. He put me through a spiel and then talked about the price which at its best was only good for today. I sent him away.

Do not waste your money on this acrylic bath systems. They are made to quickly update an old bathroom by covering it up with acrylic walls, tub liner and lots of caulking.
We began dealing with caulking issues within a very short time,,,,then our tub cracked. Lifetime warranty....right ! The company offered to send us a new tub liner with the shipping and installation expense put onto us. Awful customer service.
A good handyman can renovate your washroom properly for roughly the same cost as one of this bandaid systems....avoid at all costs. Inferior product and poor customer service

Very poor delivery. Don't trust tem. They lie.
