2) I am 60 years of age and require to be dealt with in a friendly, professional manner and not with a complete lack of respect and determination to blame me for your failings.
3) I require a refund and will never be back, not because of an unforeseen circumstance but because of unforgivable rudeness and terrible attitude.

Ordered tyre and fitting through Blackcircles.com as brand wasn't available directly with the garage. On arrival at the garage they had all the details ready so were able to proceed immediately. Friendly and efficient service - they checked exactly which wheel needed to be changed and swapped the tyres front to back as requested. As I was waiting the staff were very willing to offer advice on a variety of motoring matters to other customers.

Picked up a puncture and phoned Bathwick tyres. Immediately got an appointment sorted by Sam and managed to hit the road again within an hour. Professional technicians and great service from Sam. Cannot recommend more and much appreciated for Bathwick Tyres’s support. 10 out of 10.

Friendly, professional staff. They always do a great job, that's why I always go to the Lower Bristol Rd branch. Sam the manager was welcoming and down to earth.

Had my front tyres changed yesterday - there was a bit of wait as they had a lot of other people, but this was clearly communicated to me and they made sure to keep me informed with what was happening. All done very efficiently - plus they sorted my air pressure for free the next day very speedily! Manager Sam was particularly great - thank you :)

This branch has professional and friendly staff like George who will explain everything with a smile and the manager Sam is friendly with great prices and even better communication I have nothing but good words for this branch.

Visited with daughter whose car had a flat front tyre. She was seen immediately and diagnosed new tyre due to position of puncture. Also recommended replacing other front tyre as worn close to minimum (as already advised by main dealer). Service was friendly, efficient and I was happy with price. They didn’t try to upsell the tyres to natch those on the rear axle. Special thanks to Sam the manager and his colleague Andy. Highly recommend these guys.

A busy Friday at Bathwick Tyres, but having ordered my tyre in advance the process today was slick. Service with a smile as always. This is my go-to for tyres- highly recommend.
