Terrible experience. Took over 3 months to deliver items that are subpar in quality. And also saddled me with a $31 GST charge which was never disclosed. I would never have purchased if I knew that the very average dress was going to be $31 more than what was initially advertised. Terrible communication. DO NOT BUY

I ordered 2 shirts from Batik Worldwide via Batik by Kala Sg. It was under their buy 2 get the 3rd free. They had issues with proper sizing and I agreed to getting the first 2 shirts and they promised to send the 3rd shirt when they had it in stock. I received the 2 shirts in October 2025 and then waited until January 2026 before I contacted them to ask where the 3rd shirt is .
The deal is free shipping for ordered over SGD150. However when they sent the 3rd shirt I suddenly was expected to pay SGD 32 just for shipping. I refused the delivery. The added cost was not communicated to me at all in previous messages.
Now one month later they have not replied to any messages or emails.
Do not buy from them. They are not legit and the shirts are not cotton.

I SHOULD have read the reviews before making a purchase. I’m calling out all buyers who have paid but did not get their purchased items, to leave a review as a reminder to potential buyers. Do not buy from them. I still have not received the item after 2 months.

This is a total scam. Placed order in Nov 2025 and never received anything. Follow up via email, they kept saying there will be delay. When asked for their office address, they did not provide the address. Instead said that they are not accepting visitors at the moment due to some reasons.

I placed my order on Dec 31st and paid full, after 3 weeks I wrote in to inquire, and it took them a few days to reply saying the product takes 4 weeks to get ready.
So today is Feb 4th and still no answer from them, I truly feel so dissatisfied with Batik Worldwide, Feels like I have been scammed. Can you just refund the money.

I ordered 5 items on 24 December 2025, and as of 2 January 2026, the order has still not been delivered. When I finally received a delivery notification, it turned out that only part of the order was fulfilled, which was disappointing. I am still waiting…

The company states that delivery takes 1–4 weeks, but given the order date and lack of clear progress, it already feels significantly delayed, especially without proactive updates.

To be fair, emails are being responded to, but the overall experience has been frustrating due to the slow fulfillment and partial delivery. I was really looking forward to the items, but the delay has taken away much of the excitement.

I hope Batik Worldwide improves its order fulfillment timelines and communication clarity, as the products themselves seem promising but the delivery experience fell short.

Very poor response and items are delayed. Fed up , requested for a refund . Not sure if they will bother . Buyer beware.

Ordered on 14 Dec. Emailed them 3 weeks after to check on order and was assured my item would arrive after 4th week. Still nothing after 7th week, and no update from them. When contacted on email they said needed more time to make or they can change the design I ordered. I requested for refund. Not sure if I will get it.

Ordered three items on 13th of December and only received two. No updates on the pending item. Disappointed with the service.

Order sent in and paid on 13 November 2025 but never received my product.

I have ordered two dresses that never arrived and no refund. No response either. I'm still waiting.

Buying the outfit seemed easy but there has been nothing about delivery in four weeks. When I emailed them, no response. Tried chatting to their bot and they direct you to a pay to talk page (promising it's refundable). Pretty rubbish customer service - no way to to contact.

Their collections are some of the more unique ones that I have seen. Bought a few thanks to the limited time buy 3 free 2 offer, and I have been impressed with how comfortable they are to wear. This brand is slowly becoming my standard go-to for events and gatherings.

Bought the men batik shirts, felt very comfortable by wearing it. Very soft, nice textures.

Got 2 dresses and 1 kimono jacket. The colours are very vibrant, with really nice and detailed patterns. Material is comfortable. Really happy with the products 😊
