what can i say the previous reviews say it all, however they took us to court and than at the last minute backed down and withdrew there case. They knew that they would lose based on false statements made to the court knowing well we had the evidence that they were lying about. You could not make up this level of stupidity, considering the owner has stated that she has studied law (look at linkedin profile) she was far from smart.

The most disappointing company I have ever come across
There clothes that I ordered came with black marks all over, I sent them photos as evidence and they said they checked their cctv and said they are not at fault and that it was delivered in perfect condition, house of Aiza once house of Faiza does not take any responsibility for any faults on their items they refused to give me a refund they are very stubborn and won’t even exchange. I spent over £150 on the suit and they would not exchange or refund and denied the item was faulty
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from here they are a total scam please don’t buy anything from their website

Absolute fraudsters do not buy from…

Absolute fraudsters do not buy from them . They pretend the business has changed to a new management but same name ! They then tell you after months have gone by of trying to communicate to ask your own bank to settle it. By then the bank will not refund as fraud due to timeline. Complete fraudsters!!

I have tried to contact this company…

I have tried to contact this company several times but no reply, I tried to order an outfit using the gift card I had from them but wouldn’t let me checkout. They later changed their name and now the new owner is saying to me to contact the bank. Contact the bank for what. I have a gift card that I’m not able to use. This is fraud and needs to be reported.

I ordered one saree in May still…

I ordered one saree in May still waiting
And now their email address is not working
And thing is I used the vouchers which was from my last return and i know how long i had to wait for those vouchers and now they change their logo name everything and i don’t know where to contact now i emailed them so many time they kept asking for vouchers code and pictures of my order i sent them all but no response and now their email id isn’t working
Don’t get me wrong but before they were okay not great but still they were fine at least I got my orders always delays but still i got them
Its so frustrating

I have not received my order as yet and no confirmation regarding any delivery l paid for my goods 6weeks a go but l have received nothing as yet

This company has not been able to confirm my ordered goods and delivery date l fully paid for my good on the 13th of June 2024

I ordered a shawl in Nov 23 for £105

I ordered a shawl in Nov 23 for £105. Received nothing at all and many months later after being told my order is in progress, and I will receive it soon, was finally told 8 months later that new management had taken over! I was told to raise a dispute, this seems like a scam as my bank have said the time frame is too long. I want my refund back otherwise I will escalate this to trading standards. NO UNAPOLOGETIC COPY AND PASTE msg response, contact me on naffiaffi at hotmail dot com if you want to discuss further. DO not tell me to contact support, we have been exchanging emails since Nov 23 with no success!

Scammers

Like many other customers .. taken over the company but have done absolutely nothing to rectify an order they cancelled.
Paid via a gift card and telling me they tried to do a refund .. to where ??
Contact my bank … but it was paid by a gift card.
Absolutely unacceptable that they are not honouring orders or giving back payments.
How can one sleep knowing you have taken money and not fulfilled your obligations.

Absolute scammers

They dont even deserve one star, absolutely fraud and scammers, pathetic customer services. I placed an order in Feb, nothing being delivered, i cancelled and asked for a refund, every time i contact them, they argue to raise dispute with previous management etc. plz Do not be fooled

Fraudulent company

I paid to get a suit more than 4 months ago. They have not delivered and after much to and fro said they would refund.
It is coming up to 6 weeks amd they have not refunded.
They are not answering any emails now.

Not worthy of even a 1 star. Please everyone DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HOUSE OF FAIZA. They are a fraudulent company, cheats, liars, and scammers.

Placed my order in march said it would take 6 weeks which was fine. When I contacted them after 8 weeks they said it would take another 4 weeks!!!!??? informed them that is too late so I asked for a refund which I still haven’t got. They emailed back to say business is under new management and that I should contact my bank??!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment of genuine customers.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful of a company. Genuinely don’t know how they live with their selves with the amount of fraudulent activities they commit with their customers. Your always told it’s ‘under new management we have issued your refund’, but it never is the case, it’s been over 3 months and I’m yet to wait for a refund, as this awful company said to raise it with the bank, the bank are saying they can’t do much, and I’m left short of money. If I can advise anyone anything, it would be to never ever buy anything from them

a completely fraudulent company that keeps changing management each year or so. I waited four months for an order, finally told that I would get a refund, which then never arrived and was told as there a new owners, I should make a dispute to my card company.

Scammers

Please please please STAY AWAY they are scammers!

After waiting for a month for my refund I now realised they are not going to pay my money back. Keep saying we have refunded to the normal mode of purchase providing random proof which doesn’t even tele with my card. And now saying after keep waiting for this long that they can’t do anything they have refunded the money- contact my bank to raise it. Scammers!
My bank confirmed that there is no payment in my account from them.
£600 they have eaten. They think we all are fools in here. Giving random excuses one after another. After reading so many reviews here make me realised that they are thiefs. They like taking people’s money and are getting away with it. Whoever needs me to provide any evidence against them I am here. Or any proceeding against them I am in. I am reporting them to the consumer theft and to the police.

If there was below 1 star I would give…

If there was below 1 star I would give this company that. I ordered an outfit on the 13th of March 24, on website it said it would be delivered in 6 weeks. Nothing was delivered. The event I ordered for passed so I asked them to cancel the order. At this point I emailed them many times. Btw there’s no person to call it’s always via email. On the 31st of May they sent a confirmation saying they will process my refund of £258, which takes 10 days. On the 14th of June I raised it that no refund was given and I’m told we are sorry house of faiza has new management and previous management said they have processed my refund. If not received raise it with my bank. I requested for proof of where this money was paid into no evidence has been provided. I am going through my bank to get my refund back if I get it back. Ladies please do not waste your money with this company. Its the worst service ever

Please avoid HoF

Like many others, I ordered two outfits and waited two months for delivery. After three months, I contacted HoF and was informed that they couldn't fulfill my order because the items were out of stock. They offered me a choice between a refund or a credit note. I chose a refund. Now, a month later, I'm still waiting. They claim they're unable to help as the 'new management' lacks access to the funds and my information. They suggested that since the previous management confirmed the departure of the funds from their account, I should contact my bank to initiate a claim against them. I have now spoken to the bank and the matter is with the dispute team.
I hope everyone gets their money back and the owners of HoF are held to account for their actions.

They cancelled my order after 3 months' non-delivery and they still have my money

Ordered and paid on 21 February 2024. Chased several times as the outfit was for a wedding in June. My order was then unilaterally cancelled by House of Faiza on 25 May 2024. As of today, 10 June 2024 I have still not received my money back. This is theft at this point and if I do not receive my money shortly I will pursue legal action.
