Battery is like new! Bought for my Dell XPS 13 I bought back in 2015!

Wrong part sent. Tried calling several times but they don’t answer the phone. Sent emails that went unanswered for 3 days so I purchased from another store. Now they want to charge me $7:00 to send the part back. All up this will have cost me around $72 of which they will refund me $53 for their stuff up. Very poor form and customer service
