Really crappy non-US base customer service
all I needed was a letter for the reason that they were denying my so that my secondary insurance would pick it up and pay for it. I waited on hold for about an hour to get through to a representative that barely spoke English. he did try to help but could not get me the letter. I Requested a supervisor call me the next day I thought maybe someone with more authority could help but unfortunately,he could not do anything about getting me a letter either.I don’t know what is so hard about typing up a real quick letter and emailing it to me. To be able to get my claim covered. Blue Cross and Blue Shield should be ashamed of what once was great company has turned into. I am very dissatisfied with the service received. And I also feel it is very sad for the state of their company.. sincerely Tim
