Everything was easy except it keeps bothering for the car app on a car that doesn't have blue tooth.

Not sure I like how you track driving

I have been with Novo for only 3 months and NOT ONLY are they the rudest representatives to deal with (via chat thru their app), but their “Telematics” (the driving data they collect and rate your driving & your payment amount by) are INACCURATE constantly! Many times I have had to report a FALSE “hard brake” alert or “Acceleration” alert that never actually happened. My speculation is that they are attempting to lower your driving rate on purpose so they can charge you more for your insurance. This is NOT a good Insurance company to work with. Oh, and to top it off, when I requested to cancel my policy (so I could find insurance elsewhere), they canceled my policy but still CHARGED my bank account that very month even though I have a big red prompt at the top of my app login that says “POLICY INACTIVE”. They charged my payment on the weekend too & since they do NOT provide ANY customer support on the weekends, I have to wait until Monday to fight them to refund my money. I’m very glad I experienced the new trend of “telematics” with Novo, so that I will avoid this BS from other insurance companies in the future.

The best insurance by far for me ! It was super easy to start at an exceptional rate.

Savings and service

I like the fact that you call and are very helpful in explaining how your insurance works. Only thing I would like to happen is being to get help after hours and or weekends. At my job im not allowed to have my cell phone..only on breaks. That is why there were alot of missing texts and calls.

I was pleased with being able to chat with an agent not just a bot. Service was quick and everything was easy to understand.

I think its worth it, unfortunately they stopped offering rental insurance which is why I had to cancel my policy and I prefer to bundle.
