My items were not delivered on my delivery date. It was re-scheduled for the following week. The delivery person contacted me by phone 3 times because he was lost, even with a GPS.

A problem with the original delivery. Shipped ok a Friday, sat in a warehouse, thawed. We did not accept. I spoke to the Owner, he looked after it and had a new Company ship out in a styrofoam... Mehr ansehen

Would not recommend. After order placed, I showed up on my pickup date at the courier and nothing was there (1.5 hour drive round trip). When I called to find out what happened, the person who answered started swearing and cursing saying he forgot, alarmingly un-professional language / manners. He did say he would send throw in some free fish, but none ever showed up with order which was 2 weeks late. Also one of the 10 lb bags weighed a little light. I tried calling, and went to voice mail, then immediately got a text saying "call you back" no call ever came back. I get the idea that this might be a one man show out of someone's garage by the sounds of it. Not professional in any way

Darin accepted my last minute order during the busy Christmas season and was very kind and professional. He personally responds to my email so you are very comfortable placing an order. I have ordered a variety of fish and seafood from them and have never been disappointed, the freshness and quality is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Delivery at first was communicated wrong, but they immediately called and rectified this. Have ordered seafood from them for several years and have never had bad quality seafood or issues!!!
Canadian owned as well, BUY LOCAL!!!

Great fish and service
I started buying fish from Darren when I lived in Vancouver, recently, we relocated to Eastern Ontario and couldn't get the same type of fish so I have it flown out. Darren takes the time to keep me informed of the shipment and any issues that might affect my order.

Thawed order
After being on the delivery truck for 12 hours part of the order was completely thawed, the salmon was soft but had to freeze as we couldn’t eat that much salmon at once!
