Also the colour chart is in clear as I chose natural medium which was very fair however I will choose a darker colour and buy again as it certainly made my legs look better

Delivery was really quick. I have received a sample of some other perfume, which was a nice touch. The perfume I have bought was on sale making the purchase a good value.I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered two items when they said it was out of stock, but still showing in stock on the website. And the other one didn’t smell right at all I emailed them but they tell me once I’ve opened it I cannot change it. I understand that but if the smell isn’t nice at all and it smells Asif it’s gone off then what do you do?

On 07/06/2026 at approximately 2:15pm I visited the Westfield Stratford branch and picked up a Versace tester bottle to smell. The base of the bottle was broken and cut my finger badly, causing significant bleeding. I had to leave the store to get first aid from Boots as no assistance was offered by staff.

When I returned at around 5:15pm to report the incident, the manager (Asif/Arif) and staff were dismissive and showed no empathy. The manager asked what I wanted him to do rather than taking responsibility. No accident report was completed, no first aid was offered, and the only suggestion made was free samples with a purchase.

Most concerningly, the broken tester bottle that had just injured a customer was patched with paper and put straight back on the display shelf. I have photographic evidence of this.

A formal complaint has been submitted to head office. I would advise other customers to be careful when handling tester bottles in this store.
