I highly recommend this store. The perfumes are original, sealed, and the scent lasts a long time. The prices are great too.

Have had a great first experience with this seller. Item was as expected arrived on time and no problems whatsoever, will definitely be using again, very much recommend this seller.

Product performance

Item arrived fast and well packed! Thank You Beauty Base!

Poor experience with this company. Made a purchase for an expensive perfume the item was allegedly delivered and left In an insecure location without my permission arrived home a few days later and my parcel was not in the location it was claimed to have been left. The company have not refunded or provided a replacement as of yet and stating that I have to wait 30 days while the courier investigate. As their customer I should not have to wait for any investigation as I am not a fault. The company need to raise the concerns with the courier as they left the parcel in an unsecured location and with my permission and I should not have to wait for my goods. I’m not happy and would not recommend this company when shipping expensive goods they should use a courier who will not leave items without permission or if not home arrange redelivery but not leave goods in the open.
