Love our Bebcare monitor! Great quality display and sound and we couldn’t live without it. Customer service team resolved my issue when I reached out as well.

My niece had this baby monitor on her registry so I ordered it as a gift. When I contacted them that the package was never received they sent out another.

Beware!!!! Run!! This is a scam company with fake products and a fake business. They somehow paid google to promote their business when you search for low emf baby monitors… when they are in fact not low emf. Their baby monitor app also does not work and the trouble shooting email you can send from the app also doesn’t work. They do not let you return anything you purchase using a discount code and do not honor any of their warranties.

We love the ease and function of the monitor, especially the low emf factor.
Customer service was also able to assist with our questions.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their EMF-free baby monitors. As a parent, safety and peace of mind are everything, and their products deliver on both fronts. We actually own two of their monitors now, and each one has been reliable, easy to use, and a huge comfort knowing we’re minimizing EMF exposure around our baby.

On top of having excellent products, their customer service has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that not only makes thoughtful, high-quality products but also stands behind them with such great service.

Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, trustworthy, and dependable baby monitor!

I want to love these monitors. As when they worked they were perfect. But I have now had my third parent unit stop working properly and once again are getting ignored via email.

The first unit I bought I did manage to get them to replace after many many ignored emails. They requested I ship the faulty unit back to them and they would pay for shipping- which they later informed me they couldn’t do once after requesting reimbursement.
My second unit broke but my daughter dropped it once so I thought it was potentially that so paid for a new unit/ but on emailing them about it they offered me a discount code if I posted a 5 star review.

Now that unit is faulty too with the same fault as the previous one (so it obviously wasn’t from being dropped) and I am now a few months in to trying to get replies from them.

Honestly, ignore the 5 star reviews (that were likely posted by people like me trying to save money on a replacement) and don’t waste your time and money with them, it’s not worth it.

For a product that’s supposed to be for baby safety, they are full of staff that obviously don’t care and are just trying to scam as many people as possible

FAULTY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Device stopped working a couple months after purchase. Website claims to have a one year warranty. Customer service says otherwise. Don’t walk, RUN from these people. How horrible to leave parents with broken monitors 3/4 months after purchasing and lie about their warranty. In the name of children, shame on you people

I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD! My monitor stopped working (zero sound) 4 months after purchase. There is a one year warranty on their website , yet they refuse to honor it. I purchased $1,000 worth of merchandise and am getting treated like a peasant. I’m only asking for a replacement on the handheld parent unit that stopped working - nothing irrational or crazy. It’s been 11 days of email battling because their customer service is wrenched. They are being reported to BBB, AMX fraud, and will have a lawsuit slapped on them if they choose not to honor their contractual obligation per their policy. Per their email I have pasted below, their technical team determines (via videos they requested), that the device is damaged internally and no longer playing through the speaker? Yet in the same email they deem it’s “impossible to determine/ fix without the proper tools and having the device in hand”. Y’ALL ARE CROOKS

Thank you for your follow-up email. I have just heard back from the technical team this morning regarding the sound issue. Based on their detailed analysis, our engineers believe the speaker and the wireless module inside the parent unit is damaged internally. It is not possible to fix this without professional tools and electronics expertise. Unfortunately, internal damage is normally not covered by the warranty (this restriction is imposed on us by the manufacturer).

The monitor itself is great. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

SCAM took my money and never received anything and not refunding my money even though they reply saying they will

I had a horrible experience with the Bebcare system. First of all, the monitor was nearly impossible to turn on, so unintuitive and user-unfriendly that I gave up and decided to return it. Unfortunately, I was just a week past their return window due to being on vacation. I kindly asked if they could make an exception, but they refused.

To make matters worse, there are no instructions included in the box. You’re expected to go hunt them down online, which is unacceptable for a product meant to offer peace of mind to parents. I already had another monitor and only bought this one for its low EMF feature, but that doesn’t matter if the product is so dysfunctional that you can’t even use it.

I emailed their support team, and instead of acknowledging my request for a return, they responded with something completely unrelated, ignoring my concerns entirely. I had to write back again just to get them to address the original issue. It felt dismissive and borderline manipulative.

Honestly, this feels like a scam. Between the poorly designed product, lack of instructions, and dismissive customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Bebcare to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else. RUN.

This is a SCAM company! Do not buy here. The product doesn’t work. The app does not work and there’s no support to help fix it. They have an INSANE return policy that basically ensures you will not be able to return it. If you use any promo code they won’t accept it. They also have a high percentage restocking fee.

We reported this to our credit card company and they have been sending us INSANE threatening emails. Saying they are giving our information and IP address to authorities if we don’t reverse the chargeback . LOL. This is a scam Chinese company.

We purchased this monitor after hearing from a friend with a geiger counter that compared with a typical wifi monitor, this device emits almost no radiation. Anything that goes near our babies sensitive skull needs to be incredibly low radiation, and we are grateful. We use this monitor more than any other product. I love the little handheld video I can bring with me around the house, and it props up nicely so I can set it down when working out or doing chores, and still watch. We have been able to take it next door to my in-laws house and eat dinner with them, and still get a signal. I've loved it and been incredibly grateful, as I am an anxious mama who appreciates being able to check in on my baby while she sleeps. I would recommend it, more than anything for the low radiation, and for its quality as well.

My monitor stopped working, they offered to send me a new one if I provided 5 star reviews on trust pilot and Amazon. I did, they never sent me a monitor. Over 30 emails. They offered a 30% off a monitor, but why would I want to buy something again? When it broke the first time. Clearly they do not stand behind their products. I am very pleased with the customer service provided to me by Amelia & the Bebcare team. The baby monitor that I ordered managed to be delayed, but I received quick responses and several assurances that they would update me with the status of my order and would make it right if need be. I have used the bebcare monitor and camera for three years now, and I love it. I also love knowing that it’s very low EMF, since I am health conscious Mom! I do refer them to all of my friends and family when I find out they are having a baby.
