I took my first webcast course
I took my first webcast course. Listened, learned, and clicked all the participation prompts. At the end of the course, a note popped up that the CPE certificate was available on the platform. I closed the note and another note popped up that instructed me to close the window. I closed the window and everything shut down. I called the helpline and they told that they didn’t have any data of my registration or completion. After some digging, they found my registration but not my completion. They escalated it and I’m waiting to hear back from them. This is really frustrating and disappointing after having paid so much money for a supposedly top-notch online CPE provider.

Becker does a great job and is worth the extra money. Used them for the exam and i've used them for a decade of CPEs. Don't cheap out on CPE's b/c time is money.

Becker was so tough
Becker was so tough! I thought I was failing but scored a 77% on my first try with FAR! So happy I never have to take that test again! I was more prepared than I realized!

Defective lifter
Bought a lifter for my thunderbird 1600
The lifter has 2 design floors
1 the hole ypu put the lifting bar in to is soft metal and deforms quickly
2 the lifting bar hits the floor before the bike is on the stand
The vendor wanted me to pay the international postage again to return the item
Ive refused to do that ive modified the lifter by weldinga el30 mm nut in place
But unless you can do that or want the hassle of returning the lifter or having your bike on the floor avoid it
