the bed is great, comfortable mattress, so easy to put together. but the headboard did not arrive with it

My compliments to beds.net, delivery was on time and your driver kindly took the mattress upstairs for me as I am recovering from spinal surgery. On top of that I am now enjoying a good night's sleep.

I’m very pleased with my king size mattress, excellent services and great quality!!

Order process was good as was the price. My adult son said the mattress is comfortable. I purchased it for its thickness and was very happy with the description. Delivery date for 5 days. There was no further communication after payment. I had to call the company the morning the delivery was scheduled, operator was polite and helpful and able to give me a time frame. Delivery driver called me at work and told me that he would not carry the mattress to my flat on second floor. My son had to come down for it. There was no information regarding delivery only to entrance of building when I purchased it. Wouldn’t be good for elderly or disabled customers. All in all happy, mattress so far is doing it’s job!

The product, for the price, is more than adequate. The delivery took longer than I had expected but I would recommend the company based on my overall experience.

We waited 2weeks for our bed but it was worth the wait at first the delivery driver thought it was just a mattress until he looked in the van properly and found the other part of our order but other than that it went well the delivery driver also helped bring it into the flat and was very polite and friendly and professional and I would highly recommend beds. Net there products are great.

I ordered a kingsize mattress earlier this week and requested delivery yesterday. Having read the reviews on here i was horrified as i had already placed my order, but thankfully paid by credit card which would allow me to claim back if it didn't turn up. I phoned their office to check up on progress and after 6 attempts someone answered the phone, but mentioned Bed World so they must also trade under anothr name (some of the older rebiews confirm this). I was told that my order was in dispatch and would be delivered fri or sat, but that the driver would contact me the day before to give a 4 hour time slot. Amazingly it arrived out of the blue yesterday lunchtime, and everything was fine, i got what i ordered and it was in excellent condition. My only criticism is that they didn't let me know that it was on its way, and i could have missed the delivery.

I appreciate that not everyone can do this, but try to pay by card wherever possible, as you should be covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act, so have a better chance of getting your money back.

My Mum ordered a mattress several weeks ago seeing that the website offered next day delivery The mattress arrived 4 days later and it was damaged., She informed the Beds.net who asked for photographs of damage.
My Mum is 83 years old and did the best she could. She was promised an exchange but this did not happen and she is still after 5 weeks waiting for the faulty mattress to be collected. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone and although e mails are usually answered nothing happens. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a topper with cover, I did receive the topper but no cover, the topper was nothing like advertised so sent back.
Been a month now of constant emails to them I do get replies yes you will get a refund by a certain date nope nothing then when I ask them where it is they ask for details in which they already have as it is a continuous email as I tell them.
I ask for a manager or accounts team to call me not heard a thing.
The phone number is a waste of time as it cuts you off when ringing them I have now told them this will be taken higher now and will not not give up in getting my money back.

Ordered, seemed legit and then couldn't contact them. Bed didn't arrive and no replys off email. Stay well clear theses are cowboys.. Youv been warned.

This is difficult to rate .. I ordered 2 beds and got a confirmation email but when looking on my account ( after seeing such shocking reviews) it stated " nothing ordered". Trying to make contact with anyone is impossible, so I ended up sending a message through their FB page cancelling my order - thankfully I had opted for cash on delivery. Then today I get a jumbled phonecall from their driver saying his next drop was my order 🙈 , I had to explain I had cancelled it and there would be no-one at the address to accept it (we had been out this morning to order alternatives)..plus our order wasn't due until NEXT week as we are waiting on carpet fitters. All in all I can't rate their products by they certainly need to sort out their admin and communications - or lack of😳

Ordered a bed and got email confirmation of the order. Then logged into account and it says no orders exist. No matter how many times you call them they never ever answer. The email address is fake and they bounce back. Anyway no order ever arrived! I’m so so so so glad I chose to pay cash on delivery! Do not give this place your money! You won’t receive a bed and your money will be gone.

I ordered 2 small double beds had no confirmation about order being placed so I tried to contact the company and no luck so I contacted my credit card company to stop all transactions to this company. After seeing all the bad reviews was 100 percent sure it was a scam 5 days later I had a missed call and a voice mail saying beds would be delivered tomorrow between 1-5 however no beds arived. 18.35 knock at the door and it was the delivery driver with my 2 beds. Was in shock they arrived so checked everything and built the beds and for what I paid was happy. Had to contact my credit card company to update them beds had actually arrived and to stop there investigation. So overall I got what I paid for but customer service was non existing. Think this is a one man operation.

I’d give it 0 if I could!!! Avoid these scammers. They say delivery in 1-3 days but I selected delivery date at checkout for 8 days time to allow me to finish decorating. 18 days later and still no sign. Email address provided bounces back and they don’t answer telephone. As it was for a holiday let, so time critical, I ordered a replacement from The All things Furniture Company Ltd ((who got the bed sent to me the very next day when I explained the situation- excellent customer service). Have now requested refund for original order via PayPal. It’s about time PayPal and eBay did something about these scammers. Thank goodness I used PayPal/credit card.

Disgusting scammers. 2 failed deliveries and then when I complained to make the driver come back it was the wrong mattress. Don’t answer calls or messages on any of the media sites. Called to say they are exchanging today between 1-5. Guess what? No show. No phone call either. They can’t even care about their reviews as I can see they haven’t responded to any of the many complaints on here either. They need reporting
