Haven’t received order and ordered ages ago

I had a great experience with Bed Threads.

I reached out to their customer service team regarding an issue with one of the products I received, and they responded very quickly with helpful solutions. They were genuinely attentive and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

A special mention to Tanya from customer service, who was especially kind and supportive throughout—really appreciated her help!

Also, I absolutely love their organic cotton sheets. The quality is amazing, and their colour range is just beautiful.

Highly recommend both their products and their customer service!

Delivered outside in the rain when my delivery instructions were clear. Terrible service.

I dont know why people give it 5 star, but I just had a bad experience from the linen quilt cover, after washing it got lost of dust even though after 4 times, it got me itchy on my skin and leave a very uncomfortable feeling when spending that pricey amount of money just to get worse.

I am happy enough with the fabric so far but would probably not have ordered if I had known they are made in China!

Poor service late delivery, I only found out what was happening when I followed my order up. Even though I was told it would be nailed later in the week(it went) I had to follow up again.

I love the samples. they shipped to me free but more importantly they shipped them out very quickly. the quality of the fabrics is top notch

Never received product. Never updated shipping.

The product never showed up because this company uses gofo express for their last mile delivery. Gofo express is a shady company bed threads uses, which does not pay there drivers when a package is lost or stolen. This means if your bed sheets disappear and you get a refund this takes money from the driver directly. This means the driver has your location and is now very angry at you. I was confronted by a driver and was harassed for my item after I reported it missing. This is a massive risk to your safety. I would not darken the door step of any company that used this service. Most good reputable business will use USPS, ups, FedEx, or any national government delivery service. Your bed sheets aren't worth your safety and the headache of having to file a police report. Do not purchase from a company who supports these dangerous business practices. Once again, your safety is not worth it!!

However, bed thread returns is slower than normal because they do have to investigate to make sure the product was not delivered, they did refund me my money as requested which I appreciate. Regardless I take my safety exceedingly serious, and the fact that it was put in jeopardy (over a blanket mind you) due a cheap unprofessional delivery service is not acceptable.

I won’t sleep on anything or buy anything but their linen sheets. Have definitely spoiled me!!!

I have ordered twice from Bed threads, both orders were over 500 bucks but im still using The throw, flat sheet and pillow cases from The first order, The second order i still have put up, i love The bedding my only issue is The fitted sheets from my first order, i had 2 and didnt Last as long, they both got holes in them from where my feet would be, so Thats disappointing because i like to have a full matching set! I highly recommend Bed threads, i love The throws, i live in texas so even during the winter i use that instead of a comforter.

The sheets are soft but after 2.5 years (following all of the washing instructions, which are also not super user friendly) they have faded terribly, become threadbare, and have large rips. The pillowcases are now a much different color than the sheets. I was willing to spend a little more for a product that would last a while but I have target sheets that are older and in better shape than these.

I paid for a fitted sheet on 11th March but have not received any email regarding my purchase, apart from this one, asking how you had done. I have not received any confirmation of my order, and have not received any information regarding when it will be delivered. I have not received the item.

Quality does not match the price. I returned my stuff. I found better quality (linnen and cotton) at other stores like Brooklinen. Their linen is way softer. Also their cotton is softer.

Still waiting for items - need a more efficient shipping system
