I had been watching ads and reviews for about 6 months with this company. We desperately needed a new sofa. This one did not disappoint! I put it together by myself in a few hours. I love this new set. It has storage and is super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends!

I love the sofa. it is comfortable and easy to change the setup. my son stayed over Christmas and I changed my couch into a bed quicker than a sofa bed, and it was much more comfortable.

I have had a Belffin modular for a little while and it has been great but a few of the pieces kept sliding on our hard wood floors. We had used all of the brackets when assembling. I reached out to customer service and they were happy to send us the brackets we needed. Great experience.

Delivery came on time, my modular couch was easy to assemble even alone, and it’s held up beautifully over 1.5 years so far. Their customer service is also very responsive, they were kind enough to provide me with additional hardware when I lost a couple connector pieces. I highly recommend Belffin for their products and service!

My couch was super easy to assemble a year ago. I just moved it around into a different configuration and it was just as easy, I didn’t need to find instructions or anything. I have removed the covers on a few cushions to wash and taking them apart is super quick. Putting the cover back on requires a moment of patience if your cushions have the little divets in them. I have contacted customer service twice and they have been fantastic both times!

I’m really impressed with this modular chenille bench. The wood frame feels sturdy, and the foam + springs make it comfortable to sit on. The storage is a huge bonus — very roomy and perfect for keeping blankets or toys hidden away. I also love that the cushion covers are detachable and easy to clean. The modular design makes it simple to rearrange depending on the room layout. Overall, stylish, functional, and worth the purchase!

I have purchased from them both from their website as well as through Amazon. Both times the shipping was quick and the products have been exactly as pictured and described.

Awful awful return process. Even if something is wrong with the product, the only thing they offer to do is send you more stuff. If you want to return it, you have to pay to send the couches back, and they expect you to get it all back into the original packaging.

Terrible customer service.

The product dimensions and suitability for average adult seating are presented in a way that does not match the product received---the measurements don't even add up. The seat depth and back height make the couch unusable for its intended and reasonable purpose.

Overall depth at the right arm is 29.9", while the “seat depth” shown on the chaise is 29.1". That would imply the arm thickness (front-to-back) is 0.8", which isn’t realistic.

The chaise shows 44.1" to the front cushion line and also a 53.2" total projection. The intermediate 18.5" marking doesn’t reconcile cleanly with those two numbers (44.1 + 18.5 ≠ 53.2).

In “bed” mode the pull-out adds 45.8" in front of a 29.1" seat, totaling 74.9"—but that relationship isn’t reflected anywhere in the “sofa” view for footprint planning.

In short: the diagram is internally inconsistent.

I tried to do their "seamless" return. I clicked the link and it said, "return portal not available" so I chatted with Seel, their supposedly "seamless" return people. What took hours to have one paragraph of a conversation, the Seel people said they can't help me and to click the link. You know, the link that I already tried that said "return portal not available". I told him the link doesn't work and they said oh sorry, you have to go through the manufacturer.

So I emailed Belffin. These people respond at the rate of someone technologically illiterate and trying to use the net webs for the first time. I emailed and one day later they responded with, so sorry it's not to your satisfaction, may we send something that's missing? And I said no thank you, I would just like a return.

A day later, they responded with, we're sorry, but since it's not a product issue, you have to pay to send it back to California.

Excuse me? I beg your finest pardon ma'ams, but I will not be paying to send this couch back to California. I mean, what the actual F, who does that? So I have emailed back, and it will take til tomorrow for them to respond. I will just have to dispute the charges and sell the couch on FB marketplace. I recommend not buying from this company. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

**Update** This went on and on. Even if I proved the couch had a defect i.e. the measurements didn't add up and the couch is way smaller than they lead you to believe, they STILL wouldn't do a return, only offered to send me more products. When I told them: This makes the item not as described, which is covered under consumer protection policies and return laws even when there is no manufacturing defect, they offered me $100. I declined and told them I would be doing reviews and contacting the BBB and California attorney general, they then offered me $300 if I took the review down. Which I will not be doing. This is coercion and review manipulation and horrible horrilbe business practices.
