Well priced and kept upto date with the situation with my chair. Delivery was smooth and on time.

Terrible Customer Service - left us with no Furniture to use until we source two new sofas.
What a shambles of a Company. Ordered two x 2 seater sofas on 18 March, understandably delayed by Covid. Belgica advised at end of May that delivery would be early June. A further call in June advised that they had made a mistake and that it would now be early July.
Belgica called on 10 July to advise that the sofas had been recd by them and that payment was now due with delivery scheduled for 14 July (1200-1600). Payment was made on 10 July.
To create space we got rid of our old furniture on 13 July.
Then one hour before delivery was due, Belgica called to advise that they only had ONE of the Sofas. Why did they not check the arrival of the delivery of BOTH sofas to them on 10 July? Why take payment when they did not have the full order? Complete Process failure on their part. We would not have got rid of our furniture if they had told us the truth on 10 July, nor would we have paid up.
We were told that they would reorder a second one but delivery to them would be approx 17 August.
We asked for two sofas to be reordered to ensure same batch colour and to ensure the two sofas would be exactly the same at time of delivery.
Belgica advised that they could not deliver the one they had today as it would have to be binned in 6 weeks time due to Covid. we were offered a showroom sofa (God knows how many people had sat on that !! ) but we refused this for the same reason - due to Covid. Apparently OK for Belgica to offer us a showroom sofa but cant deliver the one they had today just in case it is contaminated by Covid in 6 weeks time. Seems Covid only works one way !!
Belgica were unreasonable and unhelpful so the Sofa order was cancelled and we are now left with no furniture. Can you imagine as a Pensioner how we feel especially as all the fault and process failures lie with Belgica. The Owner was involved in the disciussions and needs to take a very hard look at the many process failures within his Company. Through no fault of ours we are left with no furniture for a few weeks.
Terrible Customer service and would not recommend Belgica to anyone. One of the worst Companies to deal with in Scotland.

Always a great experience shopoing at Belgica. Beautiful range and all of a very high standard. Staff are lovely to deal with. Had regular updates and delivery was prompt and efficient. Can't wait to buy more furniture there.

Great service in shop, good prices as had quite elsewhere, due to the coronavirus there was a delay but was kept up to date regularly, delivered within 2 days of arriving from Germany, good delivery guys, built units and disposed all packaging ,

I purchased a sofa in January due for delivery late March early April. Secondary to the pandemic this was understandably delayed which was disappointing.

However, the customer service has been impeccable - in particular Kiera the customer service associate. I was regularly updated with honest information which was greatly appreciated.

The sofa has now been delivered efficiently and with social distancing maintained so many thanks to the delivery men. I am very happy with the service I have been provided with and would recommend Belgica to friends and family.

I would just like to thank all staff at BelgicaFurniture for our order received on Monday 1st June. We are very pleased with our dining table, matching lamp table and two other lamp tables. When we ordered in March this year who would have known that your shop would close two weeks later due to this pandemic. You have kept in touch with us with expected delivery dates, then on Monday two of your colleagues delivered, assembled all furniture while wearing PPE and were in & out of our house in half an hour, very impressive!

Absolutely no pressure to buy when we visited and liked their attitude so we ordered a new suite and promised delivery within 8/10 weeks and that was OK as we had lots of work to get done in the house first. The work took a lot longer than expected and called to advise them of this, again no pressure to take our stuff as they would keep it in storage for us. We then agreed a delivery date and I had to offer to pay the balance, they never asked and were happy to wait until it was delivered. They made the delivery on the agreed day and time but one of the sofas wouldn't fit through the door so they had to take it back while I arranged to get a window out for a re-delivery. Once more they were fantastic and worked with us ti find a solution. When everything was organised the delivery arrived as promised and we now have everything we ordered in place, they even called to make sure we were happy. I can honestly say we have never had better service from anywhere, they are brilliant. I'd like to make a special mention for Kiara who is just simply a lovely girl and their delivery guys are the best. I hope this company prospers as they deserve to succeed. When we next need furniture Belgica will be the top of our list and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Great work from all and a huge thanks from us both :-)

I was unable to take delivery of my sofa when it came into the store, and there was no problem at all with holding it at the warehouse.
Showroom staff extremely helpful, and delivery team, polite and well organised.

To be totally honest, I bought my Fama chair from Belgica online and didn't experience any issues, but it was an online purchase and nothing special about those. The chair arrived before expected and I was communicated to about the timeline so felt informed.
What has made this a 5 star review was how I was helped when the dog destroyed the chair. Keira from Belgica sourced me replacement cushions from the manufacturer and organised an upholsterer to fit it. It turned a stressful nightmare into a small inconvenience and it has meant that I'll be going there again for furniture purchases. They have won a loyal fan!

The quality of my furniture is first class. The service was excellent.I would definitely recommend Belgica every time.They also have a lovely restaurant.
