We love this wipes warmer. Wipes stay moist and warm with no extra sponge. Only weak point is the hinge on the top. We use this warmer for our special needs daughter who is now 35. We’ve tried a lot of warmers over the years.

The Bellabably hands free breast pump BLA8040. Great selection of functions to use depending on your needs and comfort levels. I work full time so having a few of these helped me and I couldn’t have managed without.

Very discreet and quiet in public- and I preferred its use over my more expensive brand! absolutely brilliant

I have been trying to get in contact with bella baby as my hands free pump has just stopped working, it's within the one year warranty. After an initial response, they have stopped responding to me. I am appalled at their customer service and in desperate need of a new pump.

Poor customer service,
They don’t let me to get my money back or replace the damaged parts.

Purchased a breast pump through Amazon. 1 week after being delivered it stopped working properly. Amazon informed me I had to contact the company directly which I done and I have been ignored. Disgusting customer service. Do not use them!!!

Very fast and efficient

Ordered the 'cocoonababy' baby mattress, very pleased with this product and arrived within 2 days of order being placed. Impressed customer!

The jumperoo I bought COLLAPSED with my baby in it, flipping her upside down and her head hitting the floor. traumatizing. And yes it was set up completely correctly. I have pictures of the contraption that injured my daughter, along with the bruise on her forehead.Do not buy anything from this company if you care about the health and safety of your child!!!!

No communication. Never could resolve any issues that occurred. Chat option was awful and a waste if time. I will never recommend this company and it's pumps to anyone. Prices were just as horrible as the website, and it's customer service.

Very disappointed!
I do not recommend this product to anyone. After just two months, one of the two pumps no longer works. Despite several emails and videos clearly showing the product's defect, the company did not honor their warranty. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered a wearable pump and no longer need it. It has never been opened. I have contacted then via email and the form 4 times and have never gotten a response. I also tried to chat but no one comes on. Very disappointing as the product is good because I have another one of this brand but customer Service is not good and there is no number to call.

I have messaged several times to return and no response. I didn’t receive the actual pump.

The service provided was great. My only complaint would be that I would have appreciated knowing the package weight because of how I had it shipped.

Bella baby pumps, traditional and wearable, are top notch in my book! I can really empty my breast at each pump session. Both pumps have been a life saver in helping me get as much milk out as I can…especially when my supply started to drop.

Finally got my order, but communication could use some work. And being included on someone else's private conversation with the company is less than desired. I got what I wanted from Bellababy and that will conclude our business. 1 star at the bbb.

Before ordering it said the 24mm size was out. I asked when it would be back in stock and they suddenly had it in stock. I ordered the 24mm replacement part kit. Did not receive size ordered but 3 wrong sizes. Customer service wouldn't believe me until I showed pics. (The plastic part was different color but works). They then sent 1 more of the rubber part and yet again, it was the wrong size. I let customer care know, but they are now not replying to me.

Ordered a double pump, within a week one lost suction and just started clicking, the second week the second one did the same thing. Asked to return the product and was only offered half my money back. So i lost $80 to only throw it away. Battery life isn't great doesn't even last a day. Extremely disappointed as pumps are a lot of money and I'm left with my supply going down due to not having another couple hundred to spend on a pump. Don't waste your time or risk your milk supply on their cheaply made products. Quality products aren't much more expensive and it saves you the hassle.
