Worst experience with a company ever. I ordered three bottles of perfume from Bellavita Luxery. The first bottle that was sent separately turned out to not even be a bottle of perfume. It was a container of aloe. The tracking number corresponded with the tracking number that should’ve been the perfume so I know it came from this company. There was no receipt in the box, just the bottle of aloe and some tissue paper. Once I confirmed that it came from Bellavita Luxery I contacted them through Customer Service to correct the problem and find out why I was sent this product that they don’t even sell. They never responded and so I reached out again sometime later and they told me that I had exceeded the timeframe for when I could report an issue and I would have to prove that I had made the original ticket. Since I had all of the correspondence with my original ticket as well as an auto generated response from their company, I sent all of that to them as well as pictures of the box and the aloe showing that this was what I received, and that the tracking number was associated with that box. During this timeframe, I received the other two bottles of perfume and let them know that I did receive the rest of my order, but I wanted the correct bottle that I did not primarily receive. They then reached out and told me that I needed to send them a video proving that the aloe was in that box. I don’t video myself opening packages so I obviously don’t have this. They basically created a situation where there’s no way to approve that what I received was the aloe and not perfume, but I’ve given them all of this information originally when I first opened the box. This is the worst Customer Service I’ve ever received and dealt with. I will not be buying any from them in the future and told them they can keep my money and not give me the product I’m owed despite the fact that I paid for it. If I could leave them zero stars, I would. All of this and they could’ve just sent me the correct product. It’s a $20 bottle of perfume but on principal alone, I will never buy from this company again.

edit: the company refunded part of my order after this review. While I am glad they made things right on a financial level, I will not be purchasing from them in the future. My suggestion for anyone purchasing from this company would be to video anything you open from them. Apparently this is in their policy.

I love Bellavita so much! It’s crazy how this all started off of an ad off Facebook about the honey oud perfume I saw how popular it was and I kept seeing it everywhere and I was like you know what I’m gonna give it a shot and after that I’ve been hooked ever since I started purchasing back in November and have stocked up on so many perfumes that it makes no sense my ultimate favorites are honey oud, señorita woman, and date night smells really nice, but I don’t use it often but I have more than one in stock and one thing I love about this company is that they have awesome deals where you can really get the bang for your buck i’ve always been a Bath and body Works person, but I finally graduated to Bellavita and I really don’t want to look back. You can never go wrong with purchasing from this site. I ordered three perfumes two weeks ago and I got it very quick and I will be ordering again tomorrow because I can’t get enough. I need more. I pretty much tell everyone about this company because it’s really good. I would honestly like to be selfish and keep it to myself but other people need to be put on greatness as well for me 10 out of 10.😉🩷🩷

I thought this is just another site knock offs. Something kept telling me just try it. Ive tried it and fell in love. No more expensive perfume Bellavitaluxury has my business for life. Can I have an online job to help with this delicious luxury?

easy to purchase from quick shipping and great products

I know I ordered the OUD Honey and White but ended up with Seniorita and Date Woman instead. Then I have ordeeed a few more times to get the scents I wanted.
The bottles are big and the smells are amazing and great quality for the price. I would recommend to my friends. But also would ask them to check the cart twice before checking out. Make sure you have the right package in there

They ship super fast and every scent I have purchased smells soooo good, I even started getting my son their men scents and he loves them. Bellavita will forever be apart of my perfume collection.

The order came in quickly and was packaged well. I ordered the Honey scent. I’ve never ordered a scent from just seeing ads and not having smelled it before. I am happy with my purchase. It’s a nice scent but I find it’s on the sweeter side from what I usually choose. I do like it and would recommend it.

The GOAT Man cologne is amazing! It smells great and I get great compliments when I have it on. And it is reasonably priced! I just purchased the gift pack on Amazon, and am eager to try the other scents.
