I've ordered Bella Vitta Date women perfume, but I got CEO Man. I don't like the product so I needed assistance to return the product. However the agents are taking forever to respond, Whoever is assigned they came and repeat the same apology message and disappeared for long then closing the chat. This is whats happening whenever I try to explain my issue.
They're not at all treating customer's concerns fairly. So disappointed and regretting the recent order. I should've checked the reviews before placing the order. I hate the service.

12.06.2026 - One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever encountered.

I placed an order more than 10 days ago, and it has still not been delivered. According to the order tracking information, the status remains “Under Process” with no meaningful updates.

When I contacted customer support multiple times, I received nothing more than standard scripted responses such as, “We are sorry,” “We apologize for the inconvenience,” “We are investigating the issue,” and “We have escalated your concern.” Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no actual resolution or clear timeline has been provided.

The lack of accountability, communication, and customer care is extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected timely updates and effective support, neither of which have been provided.

I strongly recommend that potential customers think carefully before placing an order with this company, as the post-purchase support experience has been highly unsatisfactory. 👎🏼

Shipping was fast. Presentation was nice. It came in a nice box. I purchases 2 different discovery sets.the mango pistachio and vanilla smelled pretty good . Not as strong and sweet like I wanted. The Hers set has 4 perfumes. They have 88% alcohol in them so thats what u mostly smell on them so wasn't that happy with it. They all seemed more of a floral scent loaded with alcohol. Wouldn't purchase again but decent for the price. I paid 60 for 7 decent sized bottles of perfumes

Samples were Good which we bought last year (Pack of 4 small bottle), but this time when we bought 100ml bottle 3 different perfumes, they are no where near the same, they are pathetic and doesn't have even 10% of the fragrance from the samples we bought
