My new gas fireplace arrived promptly and in perfect condition, exactly as ordered. We haven't gotten it installed yet, but are very excited for cozy times ahead! From my experience, you can trust Belle Flame to deliver what you order accurately.

I had been doing my homework on my small 650 square foot space and what I needed to heat it. I previously had a woodstove that was too large for my small cabin up north in Michigan. I needed something smaller and efficient so as not to have issues where every window needed to be open in 10 degree (F) weather in order to reduce the sauna like feel. I could only load one log at a time, thus creating a lot of creosote. (The local chimney sweep is now driving a Bentley and spending his winters in Hawaii.)

Customer service could not be any worse. Do not buy anything from this company unless you plan on keeping the item no matter what. You will never get your money back. I have been trying to get a refund on an item I returned back in Oct. '24 and I still have not received it. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Still awaiting resolution. Buyer beware!

Ordered two water bowls on September 28th, 2024. They charged my credit card on Oct.4th, 2024. That is when the run around started. Their website says shipped in 7-10 days. When I did not receive the product, I called with no response. Started emailing them and was told that this product takes 4-6 weeks. Six weeks went by and no water bowls. Then it was numerous new dates with the latest one being December 20th, 2024. Still no water bowls. You can never speak to anyone on the phone and you are lucky if you get a reply by email, but it doesn't matter because it was a lie anyway. Definitely would never recommend anyone to deal with this company, if I could give them zero stars, I would have but unfortunately it was not an option.

The heater I bought is not working.Keep having to relight it to keep it going.

Even though I repeatedly asked if our first order contained everything we needed for our wood stove. However, we needed an additional part. The replies from the company were very slow and when they finally sent the needed part it was not the best option we could have gotten.

Ordered a DuraVent chase cover. My CC was charged. Never received any communication. Followed up only to be sent to the customer service black hole. Update: Apparently I neglected to give an email address, hence no order confirmation - so my bad. I still had difficulty getting anyone to respond to my phone calls, so certainly, they could work on that. They now say my item is shipping tomorrow. So I've updated my rating to a three, as the order process was easy.

I bought an Osborn zero clearance fireplace. I was told it would be shipped in 4 business days. I called after waiting a week and they finally gave me a tracking number and it arrived from the shipper well packaged in perfect condition. While the communication was not great they gave me the best price I could find on the web. The owner was friendly and the other staff person was very kind. I am grateful to have done business with them and they are a legitimate business.

Blower does a good job of heating my cabin. It was easy to install. Can be a little noisy at times, but usually quiets down after a few minutes

When I ordered the fireplace insert the website said shipping in 3-5 days. After several times of "next Monday" it will be shipped it was finally shipped but without the chimney liner that I ordered. Of course, all this happens with no communication. Finaly after several days I finally get a response that its on back order and possibly it will be shipped in several weeks from now. At this rate I might have it in time for next summer.

It took a while to get the complete order and we had a log that had some damage to it (possibly from shipping?). Customer service was very responsive and promptly sent a replacement log.

The product I ordered was reasonably priced, and I recieved prompt customer service prior to my order. When checking out online, the website stated 5 to 12 days for delivery and that I would recieve an email when it shipped. After 3 weeks, I emailed customer service and was told it would ship the next day. Five days later I reached out again because I had not recieved any updates with shipping info. I was told it had finally shipped the day before and was given the shipping info. I recieved the product 30 days after ordering. We have not had a chance to install the product, but it arrived in perfect condition and appears to be good quality.
