I ordered an Empire propane wall heater on 2/3/25

Many many delays and excuses later, it is now 3/3/25 and they still cannot say a date for shipping. Went with a more reputable company. Do not recommend

Great experience with Belleflame. We purchased the ZC51 Cabinet with the model 74 buckstove. It was delivered within the 12 day window that they advertise even though we had inclement weather in my local area. The stove is fantastic. It heats our entire home. Even the back parts of the house.

It was worth the wait! My new gas fireplace arrived from a reputable transfer company and it couldn’t have been packed any better! My only complaint is I wish the communication was a little better It took a total of 3 weeks from the date I ordered it.

Customer service has been terrible. Slow to answer, incorrect information.

Pros
- got a fireplace at a reasonable price
- it did arrive when they said it would, and in reasonable condition
- Their customer service has been prompt to respond for the most part
- promptly issued a refund for an item that was not in stock
- really flexible and willing to modify a promotion to include a liner that was the diameter of the fireplace outlet, instead of the size that was listed in their promo.

Cons
- Wasn't proactively notified that part of the order was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered with the fireplace
- Was told the lead time would be ~2wks, 4wks later I checked in with them to find it was still on backorder.

It would have been nice to have this information much sooner and proactively. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer but it was a bit rocky getting there,

When we received our fireplace tool set (a present from our son) the stand holding the tools was damaged. We contacted Belle Flame and asked for a replacement but of a different set. Long story short, Lionel had our chosen set in our hands in four days. We'll done.

I placed an order on an item that I needed for a project. Online it said 4-12 days for delivery on the 12th day they just sent an email saying they didn’t have it in stock and the order was canceled. They didn’t bother to give me that information earlier. I needed that item to complete a project in time and now I’m left trying to get that same item from somewhere else at the last minute.

The fireplace is nice and the customer service also responds fast

At first we had issues with their delivery times but as things went along they more than made up for it . Their service and response to our needs was great. Moni was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the product we needed.

The stove was shipped and delivered in a very timely manner. I just had the stove installed. It looks great. Belle Flame did a great job of getting my wood stove delivered.

Belle addressed an issue with our original order with haste! We love our new fireplace and so does our puppy

We bought the Buck Stove Model 21ZC. It arrived a week ago, I fired it up and it's been going non-stop for the past week! The stove works great, altho it's a little small for our space and the current polar vortex thingy but I knew that going in on this project.

My 4 Star issue is...
I bought the stove with the intent in installing it as an insert into our Majestic fireplace. The specs said it would fit, and indeed it did fit into our fireplace. The problem is the ZC (Zero Clearance) part. I thought I was buying a stove that fit into my fireplace. Instead, I bought the wood stove AND a $900 zero clearance cabinet for the stove that I didn't need. Had to remove the stove from the cabinet to make it work. The online details were vague. Buck Stove was vague. Now I have this really nice $900 firebox that I don't know what do do with.

I placed an order for a fireplace went perfect, received in very timely manner. Pricing was the best, there was a slight mistake on one part but they shipped the correct part quickly. Would certainly recommend Belle Flame.

So angry with them right now. I bought a fireplace on Black Friday and then gave the specs to my builder to build out an insert for this exact fireplace. Only to find out that this fireplace has been discontinued and if the vendor had just been honest up front we would not be facing hundreds of dollars from our builder to redo the opening for either another fireplace or no fireplace. UGHHHH. (btw this fireplace is still showing as available and will ship in 3 days on their website)

Our new Empire natural gas stove looks and works great! Special shout out to Lionel at Belle Flame for excellent customer service!
