I purchased a 48 x 48 hearth pad for my wood stove on Oct. 31 2025. I got confirmation on shipping on Nov. 5 2025. The shipment arrived on Nov. 12 2025. It arrived on a pallet with the hearth pad enclosed in cardboard and strapped to the pallet. After opening the cardboard, the hearth pad was undamaged and ready for use. It was exactly what I ordered. From ordering to the time the product showed up at my door, the process was well worth the time to purchase. I would recommend this company and if I need anything else, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. Thanks so much!

Everything was fine until the blower started making funny noises and not blowing as hard. We asked about a replacement blower or service. They deflected and essentially told us there was nothing wrong with our blower. I had to turn the TV up on Sunday just to hear over the noise from the blower.

Best price, product perfect and as described. Fast shipping & great communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with again.

Received half my order took forever to get my second half. Parts came damaged been waiting 3 weeks and multiple emails of "the team is working on it" and still no resolution. I will be stopping payment on my order. So ridiculous.

SCAM!!! Buyer beware! They will take your money and never deliver. Read all their reviews before you give them money. I’m not the only one. Go anywhere else.

Scam! Check out their better business complaints. 38 complaints of orders not shipping in the last 3 years. I wish I would’ve seen that before ordering. Been waiting 4 months now for a hot water heater and can’t get anyone to respond to an email or answer the phone.

August 13, 2025 I ordered and paid for a standing ceramic fireplace stove with 2 floor pads, the marble inlay and replacement cover kit. I received the fireplace and one floor pad but not the other products. For almost three months I have been texting and trying to get my money back for all of the products they did not send me. They promised they would refund the $680,30 they owe me, but I have not received a check, Venmo or Cash App refund to this day.
I have full documentation and copies of over two dozen emails asking for my money back because “they didn’t have the products”.
Belle Flame has not kept their word.
They have my money and I have no products.

Fastest delivery I ever experienced with this large and heavy item.

I placed an online order for a tankless water heater with Belle Flame for $2,013.14 on 8/21/2025. After contacting them for an update, I was told that it would ship on 9/08/25. After checking with them again on 9/10/25, I was told it would now ship on 9/23/25. They tried to offer me an inferior water heater as a substitute. I then checked with them again on 9/23/25 after not receiving the order or hearing from them. They did not respond. I contacted them again on 9/30/25 and asked to cancel the order. They responded on 9/30/25 to say that the order would be canceled. I received the cancellation notice via email that day, which also stated that my payment had been refunded. 
After not receiving the refund, I contacted them again on 10/8/25 to ask when the refund would be processed. They responded on 10/9, stating that they sent a confirmation of the cancellation. I let them know I had received the notice but had not received the refund. 
After not hearing from them yet again, I contacted them on 10/13/25 to let them know that I've reached the limit of my patience. They responded that day, stating, "We apologise for the inconvenience. Recently we have changed our payment merchant for which some of the refund are going through. But we have already refunded this from ours end. If you contact with the bank and address the issues to them, it will be fixed."
I have filed a dispute with my bank and with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, but have yet to receive any refund or further response from Belle Flame. It is now Nov. 3rd! Shop at your own risk!!

There was an unexplained delay in shipping. 0nce shipped, the order arrived in good condition and as advertised. Pricing was very good!

Said it was 7-14 day shipping and took over a month to ship. The product is beautiful but only 4 stars on it because of the delay in shipping.

Ordered a Buck gas stove from Belle Flame. Order was shipped in less than 5 days and arrived safely boxed up. Have not used the fireplace yet because it’s going into a home under construction. However, we are very pleased and would recommend Belle to anyone.

We initially chose Belle Flame to order our Mason-lite fireplace kit because they definitely had the lowest price in the market, which made us a little nervous. However everything thing went smoothly. Lionel responded quickly to our emails. And the delivery company they chose was top notch. Will be ordering some accessories in the near future.

Great customer service. Quick response. Handling and shipping time a little slow. Otherwise, great communications.
