Price point was terrific, but they over promise on the delivery/ship time which wasn’t a huge deal since I had time, but if I was in a rush it would have been. The customer service was sketchy comparatively to other services you see these days but in the end everything ended up fine and it was worth it.

Great experience with Belle Flame! Ordered an Empire Carol Rose 48” linear outdoor fireplace. Shipping was fast and delivered without any issue. Communication was solid and pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend Belle Flame for your fireplace needs.

I ordered some Gas Firepit logs from them because they had the best price. When i placed the order they said it would be delivered in 4 to 12 days. After a month I contacted them to see status of order. They said it was being sent out in two days. After 3 days I sent email to get a tracking number and got no response. After no response I decided to cancel the order, so I sent another email telling them that. Still did not get a response, so I tried calling the 800 number and it just went to voicemail. I then found a local number and a guy immediately picked up the phone. I asked about status of order and he confirmed they had cancelled the order.
I then ordered the same product from a more reputable company and received it in less than a week.

1. They will ship you order whenever they feel like it
2, If you want to track the order --dont bother!Instead of providing tracking from thier website - they want you to use some 3rd party smartphone app that is 100% usesless
3. Need help via phone?? Dont bother! They never answer voice mail messages never get returned.

I had the same experience as many others— they falsely stated the product would be delivered soon after ordering then repeatedly lied about availability and delivery date for months until I finally cancelled. Not a legit company!

A bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

The product came safe and sound and is as described, but the shipping notifications were not reflective of what was actually going on.

It said on the website, shipping within 3-5 days. After a week with no shipping confirmation, I emailed them to check. They replied that it would ship the next day.

When I still didn’t receive a notification of shipping the next week, I contacted them again. This time no response.

I got a call from the shipping company to talk about the scheduled delivery because of its weight and size. So I finally got some relief that it actually was on the way and I didn’t just loose $1400…

I finally received shipping and deliver notifications several days after I already had it in my possession.

So… take what you will from this somewhat stressful experience that ultimately was fine.

Everything ended up ok. I had to fabricate some brackets to fit the doors because they were not actually meant to fit the fireplace i have (small by about 3/4" vertically and horizontally... which is ok, you cant tell but the standard hinge points did not fit), I do love them now, they fit and look great after retrofitting them. Belle Flame's chat is not very good. they don't answer right away and are very short. i asked a vague question whether or not the doors would fit in my fireplace, and just got a "yes those will work" then they ended the conversation. Im sure most people would have returned them in the same situation.

SCAM ALERT!! I purchased a propane tankless water heater instead of natural gas unit by accident. When I went to install it I realized my mistake and reached out to Belle Flame to return the unit per their policy. They were very slow to respond and did not help in returning the unit so I filed a claim through my credit card company. Once I filed the claim they agreed to return the unit and sent me a packing slip. I mailed the unit back to them and they have ghosted me since. I tracked the return and saw that it was delivered back to them but they have not refunded my money or responded in any way. This company is a scam. STAY AWAY!!

My general contractor referred me to the site, and I purchased the gas heater from them. The shopping experience for the item I wanted to buy was easy, and the shipment was received as expected. Their prices are relatively lower than others during a flash sale.

Great grill. It took a while (nearly a month) to deliver though

Very slow to ship. Wood stove parts arrived and were missing one of four screws. Did not contact seller to replace screw as I had one, but given the price of such parts they need to be complete.

I ordered a patio fire table. And while it was damaged on arrival the folks at Belle Flame were considerate and worked to help resolve the problem. I appreciated their interest in making me happy. I would buy from them again.

Belle Flame was easy to reach a US based person, they helped me change the delivery address to our job site (just as it was shipping) and they shipped my oversized freight FAST and very well custom crated.

The burner I bought was available from many companies, but this was the best price, and turned out to be stellar service.

Was informed when it would be shipped. Shipped quickly and also got to follow up email stating my order has arrived. Excellent customer service

Waited 2 weeks with no communications from company and no updates on my order. Finally reached out and was told it would ship on Monday. Reached out again on Monday and was reaffirmed it would ship, at end of day it hadn’t shipped so I requested they cancel the order and refund me. I received an automated email that my order was canceled and I’m now on day 4 of waiting for a refund that I think I’ll have to dispute with my card issuer.
