I ordered a product in August. The website says delivery days are between 4 and 10 business days. After 45 days, I still haven't received the product even though my credit card was charged.

All items in the order arrived undamaged, delivery took longer than advertised and it required me contacting the company to get a tracking number. That's what kept them from getting five stars

This company immediately charged my credit card, misrepresented delivery dates twice and hasn’t returned phone calls seeking clarification. One can only assume that Belle Flame is a fraud. I have disputed their charge with my bsnk.
Item Never Shipped, Cancelled
Echoing other reviewers here. Was told multiple times that my item would be 'received in 2 weeks', and it was never shipped. Eventually cancelled order and money was refunded. No restitution for my money being held for 2.5 months.

Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Incompetent
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Belle Flame. I ordered a water heater that never shipped for over a month. Every time I reached out for updates, I was met with vague excuses and delivery dates that kept getting pushed out.
When I expressed frustration about the lack of accountability, I was told they had finally received my order and would ship it out “on overnight.” That turned out to be another empty promise. After multiple calls asking for a tracking number, their representative told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. Not only did he never call back, but 20 minutes later the company canceled my order without my consent.
This company operates with zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero regard for customer service. They misled me repeatedly, wasted weeks of my time, and then canceled my order rather than resolving the issue.
Belle Flame is dishonest, unreliable, and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this reseller.
I had a terrific experience
I had a great experience. I ordered a &2" brand new fire place with accessories, around $10k worth of goods. Belle flames delivered all of the product with no damages. I was really impressed and happy. I got everything to me on time at a great price. Thank you Belle Flames. The fire place looks awesome.

I had a very poor experience with Belle Flame. They sold me a water heater that turned out not to be in stock, then kept me waiting over two months while claiming there was a manufacturer shortage (which the manufacturer later confirmed wasn’t true). When I finally asked for a refund, it took another 60 days—and I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Based on this, I cannot recommend them.

BUT - 1) I'm not sure whether that's on belleflame or the shipper and 2) more importantly, Lionel in support was great, and worked with us to get the shipment re-issued both times, and it ultimately got here safely.
Deceptive scam advertising.
Deceptive marketing practice,
All of the profile pictures from the favorable reviews posted on Facebook, are fake. If you do a Tin Eye or Goggle picture search of the posted images,...they all come from other sites and businesses,...totally fake, clearly illegal, and certainly extremely deceptive.
Not just poor communication, no communication
Webiste listed 2 units "in-stock". Ordered 2 units. No order acknowledgement, no email, no correspondence of any kind, although they did manage to process the nearly $3000 charge immediately.
Eventually got through to a "call center" and was told the order would ship on Sept 1 (2 weeks late), but still no delivery or contact by Sept 10. Tried calling the listed number a dozen times only to get VM each time and no call backs as requested. Finally got into website Chat and was told the order would ship on Sept 18th (a month late) but as soon as I asked to cancel the order the Chat went dead, no further responses which left me no choice but to call my CC company and initiate a charge dispute. I don't know if they are a total scam or just terrible business people, either way, you're definitely taking your chances.
The wildfire barbeque grill and cart
The barbeque grill and cart ordered, arrived just over a week after the order. Well packaged. The barbeque pit was even better than my expectation after reviewing many independent reviews.

Excellent company to purchase from! My items were received in perfect condition and in a very reasonable timeframe. The items were exactly as described on the website and when I had a question on my order, I received a prompt and helpful reply. Definitely recommend Belle Flame!
Finally received a good product!
First shipment didn’t get shipped out in timely manner as they said it would. Had to get 2 replacements because of poor packaging causing damage, but Lionel was able to finally get me a good replacement. Would give 5 stars if they would have shipped in the timeframe they told me before I ordered.
They wasted my time
Put in my order in August, they said the item was in stock. Got an order confirmation. Then no mention of it for over two weeks. I finally emailed to ask, and received a response it was getting ready to ship. Then, the next day, instead of shipping they cancelled it, with no explanation. If they couldn't fulfill it originally then they should have just said so; now I'm in a hurry to find a replacement in time.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for what seemed like a good price. Since then, I have contacted them 3 times attempting to find out if my order has shipped. No response to any of my inquiries. Not very impressed with their customer service. Will likely purchase the item locally as it has put my project on hold waiting for a simple component. Won't use this supplier again. Very lackluster customer support (non-existent).
