Flashing Order

I ordered 4 things 2 showed up on time, 1 piece took about a month and a half to recieve (I received it very damaged it was shipped without any packing material) and I didn't receive the last (which was refunded pretty easily). I really struggled with the customer service line, most of the time I would get transfered to a sales rep who most of the time didn't answer or call me back. They were far more responsive by email but I still had a hard time resolving my issues.

THEFT

I ordered a product based on the promo I received. Once I received the product it wasn't what I was looking for or what was advertised. I returned the product and was never refunded as discussed via email.

Possible Fraud Alert

While I believe they may have intended to send me the merchandise if they had it, it had become clear the whole operation consists of a skeleton crew working out of storage units with zero inventory skills.

After two weeks, and realizing the customer service was less than responsive, I kindly asked for my money back and to be informed if they ever found it... And that's when I was outright ignored.

So, I filed a claim with my bank. I have emails, screenshots, and receipts that show I made an unfulfilled purchase. I don't know why they're choosing to go the hard route and further ruin their reputation. Others have suggested it may involve an interest-free loan to keep the business afloat, or something.

edit: My money was returned, but only after much pestering. It felt as though they may rely on some people to simply give up. I would have elevated it it to two stars but the headache this caused was just too much, and there was no apology or explanation of why I was ghosted so hard originally.

Nice product but horrible customer service

Nice product, but awful customer service and misleading promises. I was told the unit I purchased would ship in 3 days and 3 it took 4 weeks to ship out. My calls and emails were ignored, and every time I got through to their operator on the phone, I was told to hold for their sales rep and then justbgot disconnected. Time and time again. Very bad experience.

Really bad customer service

I received the Bromic Heater on February 24. When I was able to hire an electrician to instal the unit it was March 6. When the installer opened the element it had a crack in it. I reached out immediately to this company with photos and documentation of the product being damaged. Three weeks later, their response was " We have to submit a shipping claim to the shipping company within 72 hours after an item being delivered or received. After that they won’t allow the claim. You need to purchase a new model for it."
I have never heard such nonsense! People get deliveries everyday that do get opened immediately. Especially in the construction industry. This company has terrible communication and do not look out for their customers. I am having to purchase the element which cost $200 if I want to use the heater.
I will never consider business with Belle Flame.

a week after I placed my order and paid I asked via chat if it had been shipped. I was told they'd ship it the following Wed. On that Wednesday I called and was told Lionel was the only person that could help me. I left the owner a voicemail and email, both were ignored. That Friday I said via chat that I was in a bad situation with my water heater and I needed the one I had ordered and paid for to be shipped. They said it would be shipped that day. On Saturday I asked via chat if my order had been shipped. I was told it would be shipped on Monday. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it until Monday. I called my bank, who will go after them legally if needed. My bank took care of it and I got the refund on Sunday. I feel like they took my money as an interest-free loan for a few weeks. It was pretty stressful since the water heater was expensive and I didn't know if I'd get my money back.

I would not recommend this company. I feel like they are a notch above a scam site. Maybe you get your product or maybe they just keep your money and see if you complain about it.

quick reply to missing piece

out of stock piece ordered, didn't come with the initial delivery. appreciated the quick reply to inquiry, but would have been nice to have been notified before i had to ask. everything is on good shape now.

Worst Customer Experience Ever

This company failed. They failed to deliver on-time. They could not track the order or give any indication of when the order would arrive. This is over $2k, so it deserves some transparency. The few times I did get information, it was from the owner of the company, and the answers were usually lies. And I only got to talk to a person because I threatened to complain to the actual manufacturer. Do not buy from from Belle Flame, because you will get burned.

Belle Flame has sold me fireplace & venting units for multiple jobs and done so in a timely, professional manner. Will continue to order from them! Highly recommended!

Primo cooker pricing great, delivery not so much

Primo oval XL pricing was the best I could find anywhere. The issue I had was getting the shipment. My order was placed on April 21 I did not receive the order until May 12. Some of this fault lies with Belle, most lies with the freight company they use, TForce freight. Other than extremely slow delivery, I am happy with my purchase.
