The delivery was terrible.I was home and the person making the delivery did not contact me. I should have been notified and signed for the delivery. Further the delivery was placed on my driveway when it could have been easily placed elsewhere .

Got a great price on the pellet stove I ordered. It was delivered more than 12 days after I placed my order, but customer service was responsive when I asked for an update and the stove arrived undamaged. Happy with my experience!

It took 7 days to ship after the order and another 7 days for the shipment. The item arrived in San Jose after 14 days from the order. Local company held it for 4 days without contacting for the delivery schedule until I forced to delivery on the 5th day.
The total number days was almost 20 days.
The local delivery company was holding onto the item without making a delivery attempt.
The delivery is the main issue.

Order #3208 April of 2024 and still not received my product and a half a dozen emails not returned from the company. There is a reason this company is not accredited by the BBB. Take complaints to the FTC for action.

Turned out to be the best experience. We did not know much about Belle Flame. Their price for the Buck Homesteader wood stove was way lower then competitors so we could not resist going through them. Belle Flame was PERFECT. They answered all our messages within less than an hour or two and are still answering our questions. The stove arrived in 11 days , we are way up North and they are way down South. BTW, we love the stove. Check it out at Knetter's Practical Outdoors.

Arrived undamaged, proper shipping technique, easy installation, started as explained in directions, no problems yet. I wish product included driftwood pieces and the flame looked more realistic.

Great product and price but the shipping was a little slow.

Bad customer service. Ordered a fireplace, got it quickly, that’s the good. It was missing a few things. Contacted sales who told me those parts needed to be ordered separately…wrong. After I showed him they were supposed to be included, he asked me if I took a picture of the fireplace on delivery.huh? What is that going to prove. One part is literally an adjustable piece of sheet metal. Why would I want another one? Manufacturer took care of the problem right away. I won’t be buying anything more from Belle Flame.
