If I could give a minus I would. The quality is rubbish and they are not giving me a refund when the.product is clearly not what was advertised. They also want me to pay to return the item.
They are very unhelpful. And should be shut down

Bought a jumper that had been made so bad and cut by someone who should use scissors and even cut the same side and not straight.and what they are selling on the pictures isn't what u receive keep scrolling pass this company

Should not be allowed to trade - this is not a UK company, it is a scam with counterfeit products very badly ripped off. Reported to trading standards.

Misleading customers . Item description doesn't much with what you receive. The quality is so bad. You need to pay return postage fee which is double priced as Item. They agree with 20% refund without sending item. So disappointed.

Do not buy from this website! I feel very stupid for not reading the reviews first, a complete waste of £50 and no way of getting a refund. This company is 100% a scam. The item arrived in a plastic bag with no tags on it. The quality of the item was just so awful I can't explain. It made temu/shein look like luxury clothing. It looked nothing like the photo and the quality is just so so terrible.

Warning, this is a scam site, inferior goods shipped from China, returns address to China does not exist! Advertises on social media websites, Facebook, TikTok. Avoid, this site should be shut down & not advertised on social media!

Ordered a jacket and despite the site offering quality products, quick delivery and hassle free returns, none of this is true. The product arrived 2 weeks late and didn’t look anything like the item in the pic and way too small. Been trying to get a refund but was told I would have to pay for shipment to CHINA despite this company being registered in The Netherlands. Do not buy from this company. I will try to contact the Dutch authorities to make them aware of this scam organisation. Not even the photo of the so say company owners is real.

I ordered what I thought were classic Doctor Martens boots on a black Friday deal.
They were not.
Cheap, flimsy and ugly, the heel loop looks to have been designed by ai, as instead of the usual 'airwair, with bouncing soles' it says 'MARKE NIIH SO BOUNC"
I wore them out for a walk and could feel the grid in the supposed air cushioned sole pushing up into my feet.
They were sent packaged in bubble wrap in a plastic bag and arrived a week too late for what I wanted them for.
Having read the previous reviews I'm not going to even bother trying to contact the company, just chalk this up to not doing my research...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought a coat from here, thinking they were British (they are not). The coat was the wrong colour, poor quality and a poor fit. When trying to get a refund, they wanted me to send it to Guangdong (China) tracked delivery which would cost almost as much as the coat. Not worth the hassle.

I had the same experience as many others. Their whole operation is based on fakery. They are not in London, they're Dutch. The shop shown in the picture on their website doesn't exist. The clothes they sell don't match the pictures on the website. Their policy on returns is completely unusable. AVOID THEM.

Avoid this company -after making a simple request for a refund, I was only offered discounts on further purchases, and eventually advised to return the item to China at my own expense. Poor quality product and unhelpful service.

If only I had read the reviews first....but then like most people we have all been scammed. The Jacket I ordered is nothing like what you see and to mention it is so small not the size I expected. Big difference between a 6 and a 16.....I guess I will not be getting back a refund....lesson learnt is that if it is too good to be true it is too good to be true and can only be a scam....

Same as everyone else. They do everything they can to make you not return the items. Items were not as described. Poor quality. Had to send back to China! Do not buy from.

Avoid purchasing from this website. I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be a low-quality imitation of the product shown online. They arrived two weeks later, poorly packaged in a bag with bubble wrap, and the quality was clearly substandard. When I requested a return, the seller offered only a 20% refund if I kept them. Ultimately, I had to send them back to an address in China, which cost around £30 in return shipping.

Do not order from this company. I purchased a coat for my partner which the fitting was not good but he didnt like it. I have asked for an addresd go return plus full refund.
For 3 days they keep blagging they will offed a discount etc. I am not bothered as i am intetested in buying anything. Its like they dont want go give your money back. I have cimpkained to my bank to complsin. The contact number is a mobile tjat goes yo vouce nsil.

I think its a scam.
