I have concerns about my order. Up to now, it's been 10 days and waiting; they don't reply to messages, just asking for an update. Be cautious when ordering from them, especially with Christmas just around the corner. If I don't hear soon, I will regard it as a scam site.

I bought shoes from the Bellora UK website, but they turned out to be very plastic. When I tried to return them, I was told they must go back to China — even though I purchased through the London site without knowing they were shipped from China. I’m returning them due to the poor quality.

Shocking customer experience end to end. Item took 1 month to arrive and Jacket 3 sizes too small. 20% refund only after multiple emails.

Unfortunately I didn't read these trustpilot reviews before purchasing, if you do, I recommend using a well know company with good reviews instead.

Do not shop here! Keep away! They are an appalling organisation, masquerading under a company apparently located in the Netherlands. I ordered a 4XL jacket that was absurdly small. The size guide on the advert was clearly false. Attempts to return it for a full refund were met with threatening challenges, such as it would cost me £50 to do so. In the end Paypal intervened and I got a pathetic 50% refund - for an item obviously in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act!

Total scam, I just realised.
The items were poor quality and when sending an email to try to return them and get a refund, an AI generated email is sent saying that the item has to be return to an address in China (which I cannot find on Google maps) and the cost have to be paid by the customer. In addition to that, the return policy says that the items have to be returned with tags when they didn't even come with a tag! Every email I've sent has been answered to by AI and my last email has not been answered yet... I feel like I have just wasted £120 on items that I don't want and were not even worth a third of that price! Total scam.

Don’t waste your money. Parcel arrive today looks nothing like what I ordered.

If I could give zero I would. Unfortunately, only checked these reviews after having purchased from them. Exactly the same situation, was sent an item completely different to what I ordered, told it was too expensive to send it back so I could have a credit note, took four attempts to actually get return details, only to be told I need to pay for the return despite the item being defective. Complete scam artists and timewasters. When I reported the transaction to the bank, the merchant suggested that I had just ‘changed my mind’ and regretted my purchase rather than them being in the wrong. Also legitimately had an email from them saying that the item I bought was the correct one and that they might look different to the website. When the one on the website didn’t have an open back and it had a completely different neckline. Couldn’t write it. Avoid at ALL costs. I actually think it might be an AI agent replying on their customer service email.

Do not buy from this company!
Poor quality goods.
Told to send back at my own expense which would cost me more than the goods were worth.
But willing to offer me a credit note and I could keep the product. As if I would want it!

They sent me out a broken product. Refused to refund or send me a return label.
They told me I would have to return at my expense of between $20-50USD when I am in the UK. Clearly running some sort of scam hoping the customer wont try and return or persist in getting a refund. DO NOT BUY

Do not buy from this company. Ordered trainers that were supposed to be orthopaedic in a size 6. So flimsy and more like a size 4. Tried to return and they persuaded me it would cost too much to return so told me to order something else. They gave me 30 pound credit. Ordered a coat in size 3x fits my sister size 12 and the sleeves are three quarter no labels saying the size the whole company is a waste of money. The wen site looks great the clothes when they arrive are the worst I have ever purchased online.

Snakes man.. I think they have a "UK" outlet too which trades from the Netherlands. I just googled them and there are no reviews and ZERO on their website about returns, so I have emailed them asking for their returns policy. Was caught out a few months ago with another so called UK based company COUTURE-MODA, Jacket was tiny and I'm a slim guy, no way did it fit, anyhow found out I had to send it back to CHINA, again, no returns details on their website..

If there was a zero that is what I would give the pathetic company....ordered and paid for a jacket and after a very long delay, received the wrong jacket and wrong colour. They have refused to refund unless I pay for international return delivery to a warehouse in the middle of China...not my fault, therefore the least is an exchange or full refund AT THEIR EXPENSE as shown on their website..."return refund label" deceptive practice and after 20 email exchanges I have taken this action and will even report to authorities as a Scam...particularly in light of many other customers experiencing similar. Their website is a totally inaccurate in every way...again fraudulent and deceptive practices.

Placed order on 5/8/25. Today is 6/11/25 and I've not received it. Ordered from TikTok and if I keep getting a runaround I'll never order from TikTok again.

I ordered 5. Garments from this company and the only thing that was wearable was the top, four of the dresses didn’t fit and the other item was sent wrongly, ordered a jumpsuit l received a dress .
At first l got a reply saying they were sorry send photos which l did now nothing , l keep sending emails and no reply , how do l get my money ??
I don’t thing l will , very very disappointed and sad because l am a pensioner, please avoid this website

Bought dress online and was sent a totally different dress very inferior quality and design
Contacted company.. sorry sorry then we will send you correct item
Now no communication from them
Asked when can I expect my new item no communication
