Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick!
Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...).
I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-)
There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I'm afraid, my best friend and me need to order again ;-)

Beaux produits de qualité, bien emballés.
Je me sers de mon Bento Totoro tous les jours.
Je me suis laissée tenter par les Miniatuart Ghibli et j'adore !
Même avec les notices en Japonais, il suffit de suivre les images et on comprend facilement. Je vais en commander d'autres !

Suivi de commande et service client défaillants
Suivi de commande défaillant: jamais mail reçu de confirmation de commande, et aucun compte ne m'a été créé sur le site web pour que je puisse faire un suivi. Pour avoir des nouvelles j'ai fini par contacter le service client à l'aide du formulaire de contact. Aucune réponse...
La crise covid a retardé l'acheminement. Pas de leur faute. Par contre l'absence de communication est une faute...
Produit reçu 6 semaines après commande. Il est conforme et semble de qualité. Mais le suivi de commande est à revoir...

Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas reçu notre mail de confirmation d'envoi.
Ce mail a bien été envoyé, il est malheureusement peut être arrivé dans votre boîte "indésirable".
En ce qui concerne le compte Bento&co, nous ne pouvons pas le créé pour vous car il vous faut un mot de passe afin que personne d'autre ne puisse accéder à vos commandes.
Il vous suffit d'en créé un en quelque cliques avec la même adresse email utilisé pour faire votre commande et vous avez accès à vos commandes.

Due to Covid19, I did not receive my packages because they got returned to sender. Bento&Co have reimbursed me without problem, but they could have reached to me first when they received my packages back. Instead, I had to contact them to let them know.

La méthode de livraison que vous avez choisis, est la méthode 9 à 20 jours ouvrés,
la date de livraison limite de votre colis est donc le 30 Avril.
