Believe the reviews. No accountability…
It’s honestly so sad that after 5 years of recommending them and buying them I have to redact that and switch filters. What’s important to note about all the bad reviews is that Berkey has created a system of no accountability. You have a bad experience and they claim “there are several different Berkey headquarters and suppliers your bad experience wasn’t with us, it was with one of our partners”. No… it was you buddy. It was THE customer service line from THE website. I got hung up twice while inquiring about a brand new filter arriving broken. Instead of even trying to problem solve the lady was rude and hung up on me, denied it, then did it again and laughed. The founder actually followed me on tiktok and I thought surely I could reason with him. Nope, zero accountability. Lied through his teeth. I am seriously shocked that such a large company would care so little about customer retention.
