Nice design for a long winter coat, excellent quality. Super light weight and keeps the body warm in a cold day. The only thing I noticed is that the paint on the zipper ends can come off after few uses.

Really cute jacket. Nice and cozy, smart looking. This my third one and I bought two for my sister - all different colors. My only concern is that the one I have worn for just a few weeks has some small pilling on the side where my arms hit. Will be monitoring this over time. Otherwise, I love it.

I owned my "best coat ever" from Bernardo. I'd buy more of that same Anorak style if they still made that particular style as it is comfortable, classic, and durable! It was well made and was my go to jacket. With "fill" made from recycled plastic bottles also made me feel great knowing they're doing something to help the environment. In looking to buy another jacket this year, I found their website and ordering were smooth, efficient and their follow up, delivery and service was amazing! What a pleasure to find high quality and great service: the hallmarks of a great product and company! I'm a customer for life!

I ordered the Faux Fur Hooded Parka in Peacock and it's a beautiful coat. I live in Minnesota and need something warm, but wanted it to look good too. A+

Really liked the style and fit for the ECOPLUME™ BIB HOODED WALKER in 1X. Unfortunately, this cut was meant for someone with long arms. I am a 5'2" with a short torso. My finger tips barely reached the side pockets. I also discovered that it went on sale after my purchase. :(

After a brief hiccup with a shipping issue, (Bernardo customer service is so on top of it!) I’m pleased to say I have my coat and it is gorgeous! It’s so so light weight but also super warm. It’s perfect for our Portland “winters”. I’m also 5’9 so I rarely find a coat that’s long enough, and this is perfect. And the sleeves are long enough. Win!

Love the coat. Fit was perfect and very comfortable. Very warm and also has an indention at the waist which makes it fit even better.

My low rating has to do with customer service. I had an issue that was not resolved regarding a return. I wrote specifically of a problem and was told to do something I had already tried, which I had made clear I had done. I think you just sent a form response.

Deliberate was prompt and my mom loves her coat. She gets so many compliments.

This is second coat by Bernardo and I plan to buy one for my daughter soon. I love the sytle and fit of the coats/jackets. Good job, Bernardo!!!

They handled my problem with speed and courtesy, I received my coat in a careful and professional manor. I could tell that they care about there product because of the way it was packaged and delivered. I would order from them again.

Delighted with the best designed coat I have ever had! The peacock blue color is lovely and not too bright of a blue. This stylish coat has a separate zipper to close just the internal vest against the wind without having to snap or button the rest of the coat, very smart! I appreciate having a soft collar as well that I can close if needed, I won't even require a scarf or hat with the faux fur lined hood. Well done! Style/Model
