Website is a scam. They don't reply to you or post your goods or reply on scam media. They will delete your comments on their posts and ignore your DMs all whilst posting new products.

I had placed so many preorders with them. So I waited for a long while, like in 12 months or more before I started email them asking the order status via their email address or Facebook messenger. But never heard back from them again after a couple of replies saying my orders would be shipped. This store definitely is a scam, so do not buy from this website.

I pre-ordered an item in December 2024 and haven’t received any updates. Since then, I haven’t had any replies to my emails. I do not recommend this website.

I do not recommend this website. I placed an order on April 4, 2025 for two items that were listed as in-stock. Forty-five days passed and the status of my order remain not yet shipped. I attempt to contact the merchant twice. In each case I received an automated email response stating customer service would reply within 48 hours. There follow-ups to those automated emails never came. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges as I had not received my merchandise and the shipping status remained unchanged. A few days after I filed the dispute I noticed that berrybeary.com changed the items to out of stock on their web store. Still customer service contacted me. My bank gave me a credit for the purchase after the also failed to get a response from the merchant after another 40 days had passed. Do not support this scammer.

It's been almost a month since my purchase, it still hasn't been shipped. Contacted their Facebook and Instagram accounts and emailed their site. Got a few brief replies on Instagram saying it will be rushed, that it will be shipped, that is has shipped and they'll provide the tracking details. Since then they've been radio silent even after multiple messages and requests for the tracking details.

Avoid this site at all cost. Try BigBadToyStore, SugoToys, Bombusbee or any other site besides those one.

If this is the site that suppossedly sells toys and action figures, they're scammers. I bought two action figure sets and they charged Paypal (including around $57 dollars shipping) nearly $200. Nearly two months later nothing, they have an automated message each time you email them. I had to get paypal to get my money back but BerryBeary still got (Stole) the shipping amount that I did not get from Paypal.

Ordered a product with the standard economy shipping. They never communicated shipment ETA. After reaching out multiple times, I had to open a dispute with my card.

I would not recommend ordering from Berry Beary. They will take your money and ignore your emails.

Have been asking for more than a month for an invoice stating the complete/full value paid for an item, so I can provide it to customs.

The portal doesn't allow a customer to obtain an invoice with the full value paid if the item was pre-ordered.

Since I have no reply to my emails, I have to assume that this seller is not concerned with it's customers.

Once your item is shipped, you are on your own.

Avoid at all costs.
