Fantastic company. Really helpful and the product is amazing. I purchased the well cover and delighted with everything. Don’t worry if no one answers the phone or emails immediately as they do get back you once they finish on site.

From the start of our project, in planning, to the very end, Ross was more than helpful. Advice and support were great.
Most importantly, the glass surround for my Aga recess , which arrived yesterday and was fitted today, is beyond stunning.
Having seen the concept of printed glass splash-backs when we were researching our new kitchen, I was determined that we would have an ocean scene immersively around the space. It looked as though it would be prohibitively expensive, until we found Bespoke Glass Products. The pricing was extremely good. Because we needed the picture divided into 3 pieces, I ordered by phone and email, rather than through the website. The end result surpasses my dream of how it would look. Thank you so much Ross, and all others involved.

To keep it real, the only thing I think they could do better - keeping in touch. I get that, from their point of view they, were doing what they had said in whichever our previous conversation had been. However, from my end that did sometimes feel a bit like radio- silence! (As each piece of my tryptic is outside of standard sizes, it took a bit longer than the 7-10 days stated on the website). However, when I realised this, and began to check in with a call myself, I realised all was well.
They made my dream come true, and I have no hesitation is highly recommending them. We will certainly return if we ever want another glass product in the future.

I purchased a one-piece splashback for above stove (far more practical than ceramic tiles with grouting), plus another piece to protect wood around sink, plus a chopping board. Firstly, the pieces were more than adequately packed (my previous experience with a different Company had far inferior packaging). Secondly, the product is very good, and look terrific now it's in situ. Am glad I chose the protected coating. Thirdly, I had the sort of niggle on delivery time that we all get now and then, and the intelligent and thoughtful response to this left quite an impression on the wife and I. I can happily recommend this Business.

Our glass splashback is excellent. A high quality reproduction of a photograph taken on a mobile phone. We are delighted at how well it was done. Just took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait.

I am extremely pleased with my extra large splash back. The quality is superb and because of the size it was transported on a large pallet and packed so well. I found the price very reasonable despite having extras. The only slight problem was the delay due to Christmas and New Year. I waited six weeks but it was well worth the wait. We are delighted with this product.

Very Disappointed – Avoid This Company!

We ordered a bespoke glass splashback, expecting delivery within 10 days. However, we received no communication or updates about the delivery date, despite waiting for 25 days. Frustrated, we emailed to cancel the order, but there was no response.

Shockingly, after another 20 days, we received an email stating that our order had been dispatched – by which point, our kitchen had already been completed with a different splashback bought off the shelf.

When we tried to resolve the issue over the phone, the company was unhelpful and dismissive. Now, we’re left with an unwanted splashback we can’t use. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing.

No communication, poor customer service, and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs!

Love my new highland cow splash back. Took slightly longer to receive. But was worth the wait. The adhesive they sent was spot in. Fixed very secure to plasterboard wall, Not able to put picture up of it , but looks great.

Ordered a splashback which didn't arrive for 14 days no contact FROM COMPANY I called them they said it had been made but they were unhappy with the result they would reprint and send it was then turned around in 3 days when it came they'd printed the wrong picture they agreed to print a totally different one so the glass was returned they said it would be sent back to me by Tuesday I waited until Wednesday then called but the message on the phone said they weren't answering any calls as they were trying to get the glass finished if you need to contact them email which I have done 3 times still no answer so I would advise not to order from them. A company that can't be bothered to answer an email just to advise what's happening with an order doesn't deserve your hard earned money.

Just received my new splashback from these lovely people who are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Times quoted were adhered to, packaging and delivery spot on, and the splashback itself is exactly what i wanted but more ! All fittings enclosed, and holes drilled to our specifications. Easy to contact , and nothing is too much trouble

Ordered a glass splash back and sent the required size and uploaded the photo I have taken and wanted produced on the splash back .
My order was confirmed the same day and the price was very reasonable. Ten days later it arrived and it was stunning.
Exactly as ordered and of wonderful quality well packaged and I am really pleased with it.
I can without hesitation recommend this company and will use them again .

We wanted to order 2 glass panels to go on the cabinets by the side of our extractor fan.
We sent a drawing and they asked us to contact them and they could not have been more helpful. They provided a fantastic diagram with all the exact measurements and told my husband how to attached the screws.
Arrived when they said it would.

Ordered a 25mm fish pond glass panel. Came in good time and although i didnt have much contact with them apart from ordering, i appreciated them emailing me to confirm my availability for delivery.

Would order from again

Glass arrived in both colour and size ordered. Went up with no issues. It took a few weeks from order to delivery, but that is the timescale on the website. Phoning customer services to check on progress was a pleasure as the man on the other end was both polite and helpful.

If you're considering buying a piece of glass I would 100% recommend not using this website. It has some of the worst customer service and customer care I have ever experienced. I ordered a black piece of splashback for my oven and when it finally turned up almost a week after the given delivery date despite paying £15 for delivery and contacting them many times just to get ignored it came with some problems.
We just paid £90 for a piece of glass and expected it to be fine so we attached it to the wall on our tiles well it was fine up until we cleaned it then it went all smeary and just looked really horrible tried everything to get rid of the smeariness but nothing worked. Anyway after days and weeks of trying to contact them and getting no reply I finally decided to request a refund from my bank which I received. A week or two after that I finally received a very rude unprofessional email from who I believe is actually the manager of this company who first was very in denial about their customer service being shockingly poor but then suggested I had the splashback on the wrong way round and that there was nothing wrong with it even after sending pictures. So I got ignored for another two weeks until they noticed my refund from my bank to which I woke up to a very unprofessional email again demanding and threatening I "must remove it from my wall and send it back to them immediately and failure to do so would result in theft and that action would be taken" so anyway I emailed back saying about it being stuck there and asking for suggestions on how to take it down safely without the glass smashing or ripping up my tilework. I then received another email saying that its not their problem that they sold me a faulty product that I didn't want stuck to my wall and again demanded and threatening some more "I expect it back here within 10 days" we then decided to pay the 75% of the product paying £60 that they demanded for a faulty piece of glass that we shouldn't have had to pay for and are still stuck with that today.

So all in all yeah probably the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of service and customer care especially dealing with a manager highly unprofessional, aggressive and just really not worth the hassle and I've never seen of anything like it before. Every company should have a certain standard of customer care and product quality but this is definitely not one of them.

My order was delivered late and not as the dimensions supplied. Having ordered a ' Bespoke' splash back for a clients kitchen from this company i must say that both myself and client were very disappointed with the lack of service and attention to detail upon our order. When ordering we were told delivery would be ten days arrived three weeks. Having allowed for tolerance in our measurements the item was supplied oversized in one area and had radii added to which we were not made aware of when the initial dimensions were forwarded for pricing. This all added up to the item not fitting as expected.
Upon contacting the company to explain the product was not as ordered a rather short email reply basically saying either reorder with bigger tolerances ( gaps) or make this fit. Luckily we have experienced guys and after hours of work managed to make this work to our clients satisfaction, with no thanks to this company.
I would not recommend this company at all, please look elsewhere and save yourself time, money and an unhappy client waiting for there product to arrive.
