They responded to my photo and questions about the size of case needed for my mother's 90 year old Shirley Temple doll.

Wonderful product!
I was having trouble finding a large enough case for a model plane. I emailed the company and received a response the next day with a recommendation for a case and a link for me to check it out. I ordered it and it was shipped very quickly. It arrived safely and the model fit inside the case perfectly. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and the product is high quality. I highly recommend Better Display Cases.

Overall 5 stars
Overall 5 stars the case is really well built, easy to assemble and install.
The only thing I wish was different was the wall mount base. It has a slight lean to it when it’s on the wall. Nothing major but noticeable.

Display Case
My display case showed up yesterday. Packaged well so it wouldn't get damaged. Put it together and the helmet displayed in my office.

Perfect Display Case and Experience
We had a difficult time finding a quality display case locally for an odd sized book from the 1700's. We saw the 13"x10"x3" on the Better Display Cases website and placed our order. When the cases arrived, we found it to be an excellent product as well as a perfect fit for our book. Better Display Cases also kept us updated through emails during while we were awaiting delivery. Additionally, we were very pleased to order from a veteran / family owned and operated business.
