I bought CASAINC touchless kitchen faucet on Amazon and used it for the last couple of years. It was easy to install. The faucet is very elegant and modern. I like that it has sensor on the side of the base that prevents false triggering when I use it. Recently I contacted the company with few questions about the faucet operation and customer service was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this faucet to my friends and family.

I purchased the #M6066-A-10-MB shower system (rain shower). It works great and the wand is very handy for showering and cleaning. It looks very good and the valves work well. Very satisfied.

Great products at a great price. Also, they have good customer service as well.

I have two rainshower systems that I absolutely love. They installed easily and make a statement in my bathroom and in the bathroom if a rental I own. Guests absolutely love them in my rental property and I love how clean and neat they look a year later.

I purchased a outside umbrella from your company and its falling apart. The material is so cheap it cant withstand the sun. I've only had this umbrella barely 3 years.
I purchased a umbrella at home depot 10 years ago and it is still in excellent condition. I wanted to purchase this one from your company because of the length. Never do that again

I installed the shower system in our spare bathroom in a muted black. It looks beautiful, but after some time the wand started to peel. I reached out to customer service and they were very kind to replace it. I’m looking forward to getting the new piece soon.

We had been in search of a particular look for our shower (round shower head with a round controller and also a tub spigot that we could push out of the way when not in use). CASA INC had exactly what we were looking for! and it came in a bunch of different finishes for us to choose from.

I installed these stylish shower faucets two years ago, and they’ve been a great product from the very start. The design still looks modern and elegant, and the performance has been flawless. Even with our extremely hard water, the faucets have held up impressively well — no significant mineral deposits and no issues with water flow.

Their customer service also deserves praise. When the shower head eventually needed replacing, they sent a new one at no cost and handled everything quickly and professionally.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality, durability, and support. A great product and a great experience. Highly recommended.

I called and the representative checked my information and ordered the replacement of a part of the arm of my shower head. This issue was resolved fast and courteously. Thanks, Casainc my shower is completed and gorgeous.

I inquired about warranty coverage as the finish started peeling off a handheld shower attachment (on a freestanding bath faucet) after 3 years. I was advised that, even though the warranty was expired, Casainc was willing to send a replacement part. They were prompt to respond and find a solution and that's excellent customer service. Overall, the product itself is of good quality and worked great over the years.

I purchased a Casainc shower system (CASAINC 3-Spray Patterns 11.4 in. x 7.5 in. Thermostatic Rain Shower Faucet Wall Mount Dual Shower Heads in Matte Black) in 2024 and got it installed in my bathroom. It was a fairly straightforward installation in our fiberglass shower stall, and everything worked as expected. I am a huge fan of the design/features of this shower system. One of my favorites is that you can set the desired temperature with the left knob and then easily turn either of the shower heads (the handheld or the rain shower head) on or off. The matte black is a really nice look and finish. Unfortunately, after only a few uses, the button on the handheld shower that changes the spray pattern malfunctioned, and I could no longer change the spray pattern. Luckily, Casianc's customer service was quick to reply to my email and helpfully supply me with a replacement handheld shower head part. Since then, I was disappointed to have the exact same issue happen again, after not even a full year of use since installing the first replacement part. Thankfully, Casianc continued to stand behind their product and provide me with a replacement again. Hopefully I don't have this same issue a third time in the future!

I purchased this blindly, not knowing how it would perform and never seeing one like this before, but after finishing the remodel of the bathroom I waited to see how things performed before writing this review. It’s been seven months since I finished and I can truly say that I love it. We really can’t live without it. I love the push button the ability to change the temperature. It is awesome.

We initially received the wrong product from CASAINC, but their customer service team handled the situation exceptionally well. After reaching out, Mona was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. She kept us updated and ensured that the correct product was sent out quickly.
