Abismal quality. Product was no where near the size or quality that was listed and advertised. Definitely avoid!!

The product I received was exactly as described and was high quality! Also, it was delivered on time! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I ordered 3 portable fans. The delivery time was decent, not as fast as they claim but I wasn't in a hurry. The pictures advertised are inaccurate for what I received. They got the colors right, but one of them was supposed to be a V2 product upgrade, yet they all look identical, very basic. Strap is not the adjustable one as advertised. If you're looking for a quiet fan, don't buy these, they're loud on all levels. The fan display never says "100" so not sure why it's advertised in the picture. I haven't used them yet so I can't review the battery life. Overall I'm unsatisfied but they do the job.

If I could give a zero, I would. This storage bag/ bin is a flimsy piece of junk. It is false advertising. In the ad on FB, it shows it standing on it's own, while being filled. This thing flops to the side, backwards and forward. The ad shows a man jumping in and hiding... absolute nonsense. I reached out and they refused to refund me. They are thieves for stealing people's money in this manner. Shame on this company for charging so much for a garbage piece of item. They offered to refund me the shipping and insurance. No thank you. It is an insult to sell this to anyone. I want a full refund as I work very hard for my money and this piece of junk belongs in the trash!! Do not buy. I wish that I could upload a photo.

The storage cubes are of good quality, the delivery was relatively fast. I did not have a need to speak to customer service, which is good.

On Facebook the advertisement said order today, ship tomorrow, delivered in 3-4 days. As soon as I placed my order it popped up with 7 - 14 day delivery. I am going away and would not have ordered if they were truthful about shipping time. I ordered on Saturday they were closed until Monday 9:00 CST when I called I was told I could not cancel my order.

Ordered the storage and Item is junk. Nothing as advertised. Flimsy cheap and definitely not waterproof. Can't even stand on its own. Cheap materials.and zippers are broken. Hope to get my refund. Also this was the upgraded cost. Also they will automatically enroll u into the monthly without telling u. Called customer service and was denied return because according to them they have a no return policY. Emailed and was also denied even though it was bait and switch.

Even fully charged the fan lasted about 10 minutes before dying each time. Not worth it.

I would assume that the shipper caused the damage to the package. Just 1 was damanged.

The service rep was very helpful in getting the package on the correct route. It was worth waiting for exactly what I wanted. Thank you
