Quick delivery and great product

Bait and switch

As others have said the products pictured are not the same ones you received. I ordered the storage bags and paid for the upgraded ones that are quilted. They gave me some cheap bag that won’t hold up with one use. Two of them were defective—the seams weren’t even sewn closed. Shame on them.

Thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry about what arrived.

Two things here need attention. If you paid for the upgraded quilted bags, those are what should have shipped, and a plain bag is not a substitute for the product you selected and paid extra for. Separately, seams that were never sewn closed is a straightforward manufacturing defect, and two of them in a single order points to a batch problem rather than bad luck.

Merchandise is poor quality, and the vendor is refusing to take it back. They replied that they don't accept returns! I asked them why they didn't have a product garantee like all other reputable companies do. Very slow shipping do not purchase expedited shipping still showed up two weeks later. Fans are very cheap feeling and barely blow air. Boxes came all crushed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEVERLY GOODS! They will not let you return what you buy. BUYER BEWARE!

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the fans and the shipping both fell short.

A few points here I want to look at directly. You paid for expedited shipping and waited two weeks, which is not the service you purchased. Boxes arriving crushed is a handling problem on our side, not something you should have to absorb. And I want to review the return response you were given, because a flat statement that we accept no returns is not how a quality complaint should be handled.

Unsatisfactory Experience

On July 26, 2027, I ordered a single "Fast Charging Cable Invisible Stand | USB-C & Lightning" (Black), promoted on FB at $9.99. My Apple card was charged $7,95 and $19.14 in two transactions. It was delivered on 8/5/26 by GOFO. It was not in the original packaging shown on the website, was in poor condition and appears to have been a re-packaged return item. When I tried to locate the purchase confirmation, that I typically save in the case of any issues, I could find nothing from Beverly Goods other than a July 26 "verification code". This experience has been completely unsatisfactory. Going to the vendor's website was useless as I had to order or tracking numbers or other information.

Thank you for the detail here, and I'm sorry about the condition of what arrived.

Several things in your review need looking into. The additional charges you added onto your order should have been clear. You should have received an order confirmation rather than only a verification code. And the cable should have arrived new in its original packaging, not in the state you describe. None of that is how the order should have gone.
