Would give zero stars if I could
One of those cases where if I could rate it less, I would.
Ordered a 360 degree car phone mount that is supposed to stick on any surface. It doesn't.
Build quality is garbage as well. But that was not the big issue. The big issue was that I asked for a refund because the product was not "as advertised". Their response was that they do not issue refunds based on expectations. Well, my expectations were based upon what they said it could do in their ad.
Seems both disingenuous and dishonest. I don't care if they have a Ferrari for a dollar at this point. Their customer service was condescending and put the blame on me. I would not buy the car.

A mount that's advertised to stick and doesn't isn't a question of expectations, it's the product not doing the one thing it's sold to do, and the reply you received didn't draw that distinction. I'm sorry you were treated that way, and even more so that the exchange made you feel as if you were at fault.

If there was less than 1 Star I would…
If there was less than 1 Star I would use it. Customer Service Phone Line is useless.
They state there is nothing they can do.
1) I was overcharged a fee called “ V2 Generation Product Upgrade” for $7.95.
Never authorized it nor do I even know what it is.
2) Product was a simple Rotating Car Mount for phone. DOES NOT ADHERE TO ANY PART OF THE DASH. $9.99.
Total $22.79 for absolute useless garbage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY LIES!!
If I could make my rating any lower I would. I purchased a personal fan ac from this company because the advertisement showed a fan that got so cold it made frost in the metal plate in the middle. All LIES!! I even paid more money to have the upgraded one and received a piece of shit fan that was maybe a dollar for them to make I will add a video this fan is nothing like what they advertise do not buy them and don’t believe any of the other reviews that say their items are great because they are not. Times are hard and things are expensive I can’t afford to be spending my money on lies!!! Very disappointing.

The delivery time was good, not fast, not slow. Package was in good shape when it arrived.
I was pleased to find the fans were already charged and ready to use. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is the noise volume at the higher speeds.

Company charges a 3.95 insurance fee without you realizing. I request a refund but they refused stating package had been sent but notification of shipment. This is fraud and a good way to pad their bottom line. Dishonest
