Watch out for the hidden costs I had a…
Watch out for the hidden costs I had a none fault claim wher a wagon reversed in my parked van whilst I was not even in the vicinity.I didn’t disclose this as it was a no fault of mine claim then they said it wud b another £150.
I decided to cancel as my policy had not started then they throw a £40 cancellation charge.

Regarding the no-fault claim, sometimes additional premiums can apply depending on the circumstances, I’m sorry you weren’t aware the administration fee would be retained if you cancelled within the cooling off period and understand how frustrating it must have been. The £40 administration fee is outlined in our terms of business which is available to view prior to the policy being accepted, but I realise this doesn't make the situation any less frustrating for you.

My 1st motorbike 'private policy' in 16 years.
I don't like the internet much, i'm an old dinosaur , but It was easy to use the online 'proposal' form and get insured immediately. I was happy about this because it's been 16 years since my last private policy, having been on a trade policy up until post covid.

Got an email saying I needed to pay extra £50 a few days after pay with no real reason. Call me and discuss and it would be 5 star but customer services a joke for trying to sort out.

Poor service to say the least
Poor service to say the least. I was asked to call them about the policy I'd taken out. On calling they told me that if not declared a simple claim for my wife, it had been settled. They wanted another £100 for the policy. I said I'd simply like to cancel. The operative said there would be a 40 pound admin fee. Absolutely disgusting, if only taken the policy out one day before. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, apparently everyone was busy. No where on the application did it say there's a cancellation fee if done so before the policy starts.
AVOID these cowboys.
