Very helpful, great price - I did have to call the office to double check a few things and to be fair my only critisism would be the length of time you get caught up on the phone - as I assume its a premium rate nnumber ? I may be wrong - but other than that all OK

Shocking customer service
We needed to add a our van having a tow bar fitted onto our insurance. The company couldn't add it and offered an alternative company which was 3 x the price of what we had already got in place.
Asked to cancel as they couldn't add onto our original provider. They wanted £91 to cancel.
Absolutely shocking service.

I completely understand your frustration. I wanted to explain that not all insurance companies are able to cover changes made to a vehicle, such as fitting a towbar. This can sometimes limit the options available when adjustments are needed to your policy.

Don’t use them
Don’t use them. £40 cancellation fee, no reason for the charge bar they can. Yes it’s in the small print, yes I should have researched more so that’s on me. But learn from my mistake and give them a wide birth. No one likes being ripped off.

Okay Chris, your message insinuates there can be something done about this. You have a letter on its way to your complaints department and Ill keep this review updated on its progress. Let's see if you really are offering something or just trying to pacify a bad review.

I would not recommend this insurance…
I would not recommend this insurance provider at all!
Having made a error on my behalf, called to correct & was treated as criminal, the customer service from your office here in England or abroad, was truly disgusting.
Went with another provider & got more for my money with a clear & well managed customer service Team.
