I ordered a pretty unusual wine based on a recent visit to the Istria peninsula in Croatia, so firstly, I am very happy that I was able to source it through a UK supplier. Secondly, when I contacted them because delivery was a bit slow (I was not in a hurry, so this didn’t matter to me), the response was swift and personal.
I recently had a fantastic experience in the shop with Carlos. He was able to provide excellent service and high quality expertise when it came to recommendations for an upcoming social event. He also had some great suggestions for food pairings too - Well worth a visit.

I found the wine I was looking for at a reasonable price with good delivery service.
My first time using this company as they stocked a wine that I had tried and enjoyed. A glitch with delivery was dealt with very quickly with great communication. It is difficult when their reputation can be tarnished by deliveries that can go wrong and is out of their control. I would definitely use again. Thank you

Especially wines that are hard to source, service is always great and the owner, Mr Blanco, is always there to help with suggestions and also very helpful in pairing with my choice of food.
