I gave the company 5 stars because of the quality of the doors which are superb. Thank you also to Phil, Imran and the fitter.

First class product and well installed. FENSA inspectors very satisfied by the quality of the doors and the standard to which they were fitted.
There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way with the installation dates. The first attributed to myself being on holiday in the wilds of Scotland with no phone signal & getting the installation date confirmation too late. Staffing issues behind later arrangements.
Still all in all ..........Very satisfied.

The customer service from this company is the worst we've experienced in over 30 years of renovating homes.

The set of sliding doors we bought look lovely and appear now to have no faults but the service we received was awful. They have just completed putting right all the faults they created. This is more than 6 months after their installation. Overall the management team in the office were not proactive in solving problems or polite or showed the slightest understanding of customer care. On multiple occasions engineer visits were promised and never happened or they came unprepared with wrong tools or materials to fix the faults that had been identified. Twice we waited in all day at the weekend and no one showed up. Not only did they not apologise but they didn't know where their representative was or why they didn't show up. We had to continually chase them to make follow up appointments.

It appears that the doors were very poorly installed. For example, their engineers left so much metal shaving in and on the steel runners that rust kept appearing. It took 3 visits by their engineers to finally dismantle the runners and properly clear away the mess so we now have a rust free frame.

For most companies these 6 months would be a significant source of embarrassment but this company seems completely oblivious to their weaknesses. They didn't offer us any kind of compensation or even a written apology. Quite simply the worst supplier we have ever worked with.

No complaints. Visited the Alcester showroom where I was given a quotation the same day for the Smarts Visofold 1000. Fitter turned up on time and installed the doors within the day! Doors look great and we’re very happy.

Thank you for going the extra mile for me. I know I took a long time to make up my mind, but you were very patient with me and I was impressed with your knowledge of the double glazing industry. You found just the right product for my needs and my lantern roof in the kitchen has really opened up the space and given me sunlight into what could have been a dark place.

Hurrah. I’m ready to move back into my home, thanks to your efforts. The Smarts door and windows look great and will keep me warm and snug. If all the workmen on my renovation had been as good as yours, I would have been in by August.

Great to get the doors in. Thank you for all your help. I’m so glad that we took your advice and went for the 5 panel instead of 4. It makes much more sense to have a proper traffic door.

Thank you for overcoming all the obstacles on this installation. I know that access was a nightmare, but to get a crane and fly my windows and door panels over the top of the house was a very creative way to solve the problem. My wife and I are looking forward to getting the patio and garden sorted out, so that we can truly have an indoor to outdoor experience. Fantastic job. Maybe you’ll come back and take some photos when we’ve got it all “in bloom” next year.

So pleased to come home from my holiday to find that my door has been fitted. I’m glad that we could get you access and you were willing to carry on, even though I wasn’t there. My neighbour was very impressed with how the workmen conducted them selves and is considering ordering from your company too.

My new patio door and windows are so much warmer and quieter than the old rattly ones. I think my heating bill will be not as dreadful as I was anticipating. The man who installed them was very kind and moved all my planters away so nothing got damaged and then put them back where I wanted them after he swept up. We love our Corvision sliders in our extension! They are very impressive. Looking forward to our landscaping being complete and getting some nice weather again so we can open them up! I am so pleased with my new front door. It really stands out against all the rest of the estate, which all look the same. It sets off my garden lovely. Thank you for your quick service.

Purchased the new shcuco bifolding doors to replace our very chunky pvc french doors. The sightline difference is amazing and the outlook to my garden has transformed. The fitters that came did a great job fitting them and cleared up after themselves, even taking my old doors away for me. Thank you

We visited the Alcester showroom and the guys there answered all our questions and were very accommodating. They explained everything really well as we had no idea what we were looking at or what all the options meant. The lead time was slightly longer than hoped but they installed the doors inline with the time we were given at point of sale so were very happy!

Thank you so much for completing my doors and window this week. I’m so pleased that we decided to go with the Schuco doors. They are so easy to slide and feel much more solid than the old one you took out. The installers were very quick and efficient and they took all the old frames and rubbish away and le everything dy. I was particularly pleased that they were careful with the flowerbeds under the window. I have some precious plants there, transplanted from my mother’s garden. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bifolding Door Factory to my family and friends.

My house looks so great. The Smarts windows are very distinctive and make my house stand out from my neighbour’s. They look as if they cost way more than I paid. Thank you.

Phil has been extremely helpful from the beginning. His prompt communication and responses for any of my queries have been excellent. The door qualities are excellent. I will be using his services again and recommending him to my family and friends.

I was so pleased to come home today and find my door already fitted. I thought that it would take way longer than it did and that you would still be onsite. The fitter had shown my wife all about how it works and the place was clean and tidy. Can’t recommend the Bifolding Door Factory highly enough.

The quoting system the Bifodling Door Factory have is great, probably the best one we came across in our search for a quotation. Really simple to use and even though we didn’t understand all the options there were explanations in each section too. When we called to discuss it we were spoken to politely and patiently as Im sure we were asking stupid questions that they get all time! Certainly filled us with confidence in our purchase. Whilst we didn’t use the installation service they offer, our builder had all the information he needed, the doors arrived during the timescale we were quoted and our builder was impressed by the workman ship of the doors. Would recommend to family & friends
